Notes on accommodation
This property is particularly suitable for one or two familes with young children.
The large private grounds provide plenty of space to play in safety. The dedicated kids play area consists of swings and slide on a child friendly surface. The pool can only be accessed via a gate and can be locked if no adult supervision is available for a period. The basketball/games area provides an ideal surface for other games such as badminton, football etc.

Outside
The private pool has a lovely sunbathing area to one side and an outdoor shower.
There are terracotta tiled patios to the front and rear of the property equipped with table/chairs and sun loungers. Pine trees and fruit trees provide shady retreat from the midday sun for that necessary siesta time.
There is a large covered outdoor dining area with its own kitchen and barbecue area attached.
Coast/Beach
The blue flagged beaches of the Costa Blanca are only 30 minutes drive away.
Golf
There is a championship golf course within 30 minutes drive of the property.
Travel
Valencia airport is only 20 minutes drive away.
Alicante airport is approximately 1.5 hours away.
Use of a car is essential in the area.
Distances
It's 5 minutes drive to the quaint little town of Turis, where you can pick up your shopping, do your banking, or eat in one of the numerous tapas bars or restaurants.
It's 30 minutes drive to Valencia city, where you can relax on its blue flagged beach, eat in its various restaurants, take in some bull fighting in the Plaza del Torros, or visit it's various museums and other tourist attractions.
Further details
20 minutes away you have the Bonaire Outlet Mall with over a hundred designer and sports outlet stores, enough to keep any shopper happy.
25 minutes away you have the Heron City complex with numerous international restaurants, cinemas, ten pin bowling, snooker and arcade games. It is also very close to famous motorcycle racing track located in Cheste, which attracts thousands of foreign and indigenous spectators to its world championship races held in Oct/Nov. The famous Spanish "Tomato" throwing festival is held in Bunol in late August, Bunol is only ten minutes away.
