Changeover day
Normal changeover day is Saturday but this is flexible.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with 2 x single beds. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds and 1 x double bed. Bedroom 4 with 1 x double and 2 x single beds. Extra put up beds available. |
| Bathrooms: | Main house with large walk in shower, wc and basin. Annexe with large walk in shower, twin sinks and wc. Shower room with shower, wc and basin. There is also an outside shower near the pool. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has a fan oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, various pots and pans, kettle, toaster and microwave. |
| Living Rooms: | The main house has a large open plan lounge/dining area. There is Sky TV, 42" wall mounted plasma television, dining table and chairs, sofas, recliner armchair and a feature woodburning fire. The annexe has its own lounge area with TV & fridge/freezer. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
You will be supplied with bedding and towels on your arrival, you will be expected to ensure these are laundered and ready for the next guests at the end of your stay. Mid stay cleans are available for an additional charge, please ask for more info. |
Notes on accommodation
This property is entered via electric gates and is fenced all around so is perfect for children, however the pool is not fenced from the rest of the garden so care should be taken with very young children. The property has its own hardcourt games area which has basketball nets, short tennis court and football posts. This is lit if you wish to use it during the evening. The outside kitchen area has a barbeque, sink and work surfaces for preparing food etc. The gardens have various fruit trees and other plants including palm trees, and there are various lights dotted around the garden to illuminate it at night.
Accessibility
The property is accessible for people with mobility problems as there are no steps and all accommodation is on 1 level. Please call us for more info.
Outside
The pool is larger than normal pools, with it being approx 12m x 6m, there is an outside shower next to the pool and also a shower room with wc and basin next to the BBQ area.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within a short drive of this property with the closest being around 5 minutes away by car. This is La Barossa, an award winning beach with many bars and restaurants just off the sand, there is plenty of parking literally on the beach.

Travel
The nearest airport is Jerez which is about 40 minutes drive away. You can fly here from the UK with Ryanair from Stansted Airport. Seville and Gibraltor airports are around 90 minutes away and Malaga is approx 2 hours by car. We recommend you hire a car for your stay at this property and can pass on the details of a reputable company if you wish.
Distances
The main town of Chiclana is around 5 minutes drive, and the historical city of Cadiz is 20 minutes by car.

Within 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk you will find a supermarket, bar, takeaway food and a chemist. The town of Chiclana offers all of the amenities of a large town, and is only 5 minutes drive away.
