Holiday haven! Large three bed apartment overlooking 25,000sq feet of gardens and pools. Fantastic sea views from all windows and terrace. Furnished to a very high standard the apartment has a master bedroom with double doors onto the terrace and a further 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and 1 twin room all with Sky TV. Also 2 bathrooms. Lounge and dining room with seating for six, plasma TV with Sky and DVD. By night watch the sun go down with a glass of wine or local beer and enjoy dining alfresco on the fabulous terrace which has a table and seating for 6. In the day relax on the loungers or chill out in the hot tub. Too hot then cool down in the terrific pools. Only minutes from the beach. Only 1 minute drive from the well known EL Chaparral Golf Club with a further 20 golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Fuengirola can be found only a 5 minute drive away as can La Calla. Also the world famous Puerto Banus and Marbella can be reached in only 15 minutes.

Changeover day
Entry to Apartment on day of arrival from 2pm unless otherwise arranged. On day of departure all guests and belongings to vacate by 10am unless otherwise arranged.

Linen and towels are provided. On a 1 week stay the linen etc will not be changed during your stay unless requested and charged accordingly. On a 2 week or more linen etc will be changed after each week, this is included. Seperate pool/beach towels inc. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have hot and cold air-conditioning as well as under floor heating.
Outside
The gardens are spectacular and private. There are 2 large walk in swimming pools and jacuzzi. These are great for children and non swimmers, aswell as those who enjoy a good swim. The large secure gardens are ideal for children to play safley in. There are 4 sun loungers belonging to the apartment for guests to use around the pool. The apartment is accessed through electronic gates and is securely fenced off. Balcones also offers plenty of parking within the gated area.
Coast/Beach
El Faro beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The town of La Calla is a 5 minute drive along the coast and has a lovely beach with various play areas for children. Fuengirola beach is also only a 5 minute drive away in the other direction. Both these beaches have a number of sun loungers and umbrellas for daily hire and have a number of restuarants and bars.
Golf
El Chaparral 18 hole championship golf course, 1 minutes drive away. Mijas golf club, two 18 hole golf courses 10 minute drive. La Cala Golf club, three 18 hole golf courses 10 minute drive. La Noria golf club, 9 hole course 5 minutes drive. Santa Maria golf club, 18 golf course 15 minutes away. Marbella Golf club, 18 hole golf course 15 minutes away. Santa Clara Golf club, 18 Hole golf course 15 minutes away. Many more golf courses are close by the details of which can be found in the apartment.
Travel
The nearest airport to land at is Malaga, most air lines travel here daily. The apartment is a 20 minute drive along the coast from the airport. Car hire is not needed unless you wish to do lots of inland sightseeing, as the apartment is situated on the coast and is easily assessable on foot or by bus or taxi.
Distances
The nearest town is La Calla this is 1.5 km away. Fantastic paella can be found here in a little Spanish restaurant 'secrete family receipe'. Many, bars, restaurants and good supermarket, also twice weekly there is a market on at the back of La Calla. Fuengirola is 2km away. Here the beech runs the whole length of the town with a prominade of over 5km great for the healthy holiday makers wishing to jog or power walk the distance, if not lie back on the beech with a sangria or two. Aqua park.
Further details
The popular resort of Marbella is 12km away. Now for all you shoppers out there this is a must. Marbella also houses many historic features aswell as Orange square too many bars and restaurants to mention. This is a must Puerto Banus only 14km away. Well what can be said of this magnificent port, some of the most fabulous boats and yachts can be seen here, some even owned by royalty. Shops are great! you can get anything here from your novalty 'Welcome to Espagne' T-shirt to your Gucci dress and Louis Vuitton bag.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required which is returnable after inspection of property once all guests have left. A photo copy of the passport of the lead name confirming the booking. A deposit of half the balance is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance to be paid 12 weeks before arrival. For a late booking payments we will accept bank transfers.
