Living Rooms: Lovely cool lounge with leather three piece suite. Log burner for winter stays. TV with Sky, DVD player, CD player and games consoles.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. Beach towels are not included.

Private eight by four metre pool. Three separate sun terraces, one covered for outside dining. Large BBQ with sink outside table, chairs and sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
The costa is one long beach, twenty minutes away. Many restaurants bars and shops. You can choose from Marbella, Benalmadna, Puerto Banus and of course Torremolinos.

Golf
Lauro and Alhurin golf courses are thirty to forty minutes away.

Travel
Malaga is the local airport being thirty minutes away. Car hire is essential.

Distances
Casarabonela is the nearest village five minutes from the villa and has shops, bars and restaurants. there is horse riding, bird watching, walking and the most fabulous town pool. Alora is a fifteen minute drive and again has a wealth of shops, bars etc. Thirty minutes further on are the amazing El Chorro lakes this is something that should not be missed during your stay. We are central to Rhonda, Marbella and Malaga all offering different experiences. For the children there is Tivoli world.

Further details
Casarabonela has large new supermarket, two banks, petrol station, bars and restaurants. One of our favourites is the newly opened El Caseron de Bonela offering fabulous tapas and full meals.

Booking notes
50% non refundable deposit. Balance to be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. Refundable damages deposit of £200 to be paid with the balance. This will be returned upon confirmation from our agent that all is well.
