Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
All prices are based on the arrival date, and the start of each following week. ie 2 weeks arriving 31 August is (£800 + £600) £1400. We will discuss discounts for longer lets. Book before end of Jan 2009.
Changeover day
Possible different days off season, Saturday is preferred peak season (summer holidays) with a 4pm check in and 10am check out.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Fresh towels and linen are provided for each guest and changed for those staying more than one week. A maid service can be pre arranged for those requiring it. |
Outside
The huge (150 sq meter) balcony wraps around the outside of the penthouse on two sides so you can always find the sun and stay out of the wind. A private pool and grassy area is provided for the sole use of guests and is located in the grounds. There is a security entrance for both pedestrians and cars, and a secure parking place is allocated.
Coast/Beach
This is a second line apartment with the beach 2 minutes stroll from the front door, with miles of golden sand, including a blue flag. The promenade also takes you to the 'Carihuela' probably Spain's most famous restaurant area, with about 150 restaurants many of them fish specialists with a more traditional Spanish influence.

Skiing
By Car 2 hours, Snow from December to May, Highest chair lift 10.000 feet, Ski in the morning, sunbathe and swim in the afternoon.

Granada airport (serviced by Ryan air) 45/60 minutes by car/bus. Malaga Airport 15 minutes by Taxi.
Distances
Centrally situated for a 10-15 min stroll either direction along the promenade to Torremolinos centre, or Benalmadena Marina, voted worlds most beautiful marina five years running.
Moorish buildings on three islands and a vibrant nightlife. Malaga airport 15 minutes by taxi. Tivoli world, pleasure park and sea world centre 15 minutes car/bus.
Torremolinos aqua park 10 minutes car/bus.
Fuengirola market 30 minutes car/bus.

There is a lift to the sixth floor and then the wide private use only stairs take you one floor up to the penthouse.
