As Almeria boasts one of the lowest rain-falls in Spain, only around 30 days of rain each year, sunshine is enjoyed year round. There is a choice of 3 airports with low cost airline Ryanair flying regularly to Murcia with EasyJet flights to Alicante. Car hire is available from all airports and should be booked on line prior to departure. Driving times from the airport to the villa are
Almeria 50 mins, Murcia 90 mins, Alicante 120 mins. Villa Margarita facilities include air conditioning – individual controls in each room, fly screens on all windows and door to sun terrace and security alarm with shutters on all windows.

Less than 5 mins walk from the village of La Alfoquia which has a choice of bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and banks. Ideally located for visits to the surrounding historical towns of Arboleas, Albox, Heurcal Overa and Lorca with its stunning castle.

25% deposit payable on booking with balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
£150 security deposit is payable with balance to cover loss of keys and breakages. This will be returned within 7 days after checkout subject to no loss or damage. An inventory is completed after each let.
