This stunning contemporary Mediterranean villa is set in an elevated, position with amazing views. On entering the villa you are met by a hall which is the full height of the villa with a marble staircase. This dramatic entrance is enhanced by the views through the floor to ceiling windows in the vaulted dining and living area with fireplace and double height picture windows which, when opened and allow the outside in. Continuing outside is a covered dining area set beside the pool, which when lit up at night gives a wonderful outside dining room with a fantastic back drop of the night lights of Marbella. The panoramic views from the vaulted open plan living area enables you to view the sun and moon rising looking out towards the sea. Dining areas outside each double door window allows you an eating space for different times of the day with differing views. There is a large kitchen with separate utility room and fabulous contemporary bathrooms throughout.

Changeover day
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday during June, July and August but this can vary during the rest of the year if convenient.
The villa is available from 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the villa must be vacated by 11:00 hour

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Crisp white bedlinen is included and the property is cleaned once a week with bedding being changed. White towels and coloured beach towels are also included. More cleaning can be arranged if so desired by the client. |
Notes on accommodation
Other features include underfloor heating, ducted air conditioning/heating, cream marble flooring in the entertaining area, hall and bathrooms with oak flooring in the bedrooms. Sky TV is installed in the living area and in the master bedroom.
Accessibility
This property has 2 downstairs bedrooms both with en suite facilities. The front door is very wide and this may enable disabled access and accommodation.
Outside
The pool, which is set against the house and outside dining area, in an L-shape, has steps leading from the patio area where the sun beds are located amongst a tropical setting formed by the garden.
The garden is situated all the way round the villa, with a fountain outside the front door, parking to the entrance side; the lawn is to the back of the property and the pool and patio area to the side. There are tangerine and lemon trees in the garden. The garden has a very contemporary feel with white pebbled areas around the shrubs in contrast with the green grass.
There is a car port, remote-controlled entrance gate and pedestrian gate, landscaped garden with automatic irrigation, night-illuminated swimming pool. The garden and pools are regularly maintained.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach to the villa would be San Pedro, being approximately 10 minute drive. Other beaches are listed on our website of which the details are given below.
Tarifa is situated on the most southern tip of Spain, just 20 miles across the Straits of Gibraltar to Africa. The town itself has unique charm and an excited buzz. It is full of unpretentious cafes and bars which come alive in the evenings. Tarifa beach is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches in Europe.
Golf
The villa is set amidst several great golf courses, if you go to our website you will find all the information you require.
There is such a great concentration of golf courses on the Costa del Sol that this area ranks among the top international golf tourism destinations. Reasons are its extraordinary climate that allows this sport to be played at any time of the year and topographic conditions that are an ideal challenge to the designers of these facilities to put their imagination and experience to the test in taking advantage of the natural terrain. Travel
The nearest airports would be Malaga and Gibraltar. Both airports are within approximately 40 minutes drive to the villa.
Car hire is easy, both available from the airports or through internet on booking flights.
The taxi service in this coastal region is second to none, they are reasonable and there are taxi ranks all around.
Distances
A car is a necessity as touring around this part of the coast is a must, there is plenty to see with markets being held in all the towns throughout the week and weekends the markets are a must. Ronda is also a must, the drive is a real adventure. Bull fights and flamenco dancing are all available to see and experience. Shopping in the old town of Marbella is great. The Sherry region is close and is well worth a look into. Sevilla is only 2 hours drive from the villa and is spectacular.
Further details
There is a local Open Cor store within 5 minutes of the villa, these stores are found all over the coast and are open 7 days a week and sell everything you need. San Pedro is approximately 10 minutes drive, having every kind of shop you require, local supermarket selling fresh fish which is worth trying and a market which is held on a Thursday selling everything from spices to flowers to olives etc.
Markets are where the locals buy their fruit and veg and each day there is a market in the adjoining towns, Puerto Banus is a Saturday market. The restaurants are all very good and eating out is something we all enjoy, our website gives you a list well worth trying. The Chemists are open all the time and have a rota of 24 hours which is well worth knowing.
Marbella is well worth a visit, both the old town and the new are stunning with different types of food to try. Puerto Banus has the port with boats of all sizes and is worth a visit, even if only to experience the huge number of yachts and quayside restaurants. Try taking a drive inland and visit the old local towns and the characters and scenery. Benahavis has cobbled streets and many restaurants this is worth a visit.
Booking notes
Within 24 hours of your enquiry we will respond and indicate the availability of the villa and the cost. Reservations can be held for 7 days while you arrange your flights and the 25% deposit is received by us, with a completed booking form. Reservations will be cancelled if the deposit is not received in 7 days. Once deposit is paid, a receipt is forwarded. The balance is payable in full, no later than 8 wks before departure with the £350 deposit for damages. UK cheque or bank transfer only.
