This brand new luxury 4 bed villa provides everything you need for relaxing holiday. You will find flatscreen TVs with DVDs in all 4 bedrooms, along with an HD flatscreen TV with DVD in the living room, there is SkyHD TV where you can enjoy all the free-to-air channels, or you can bring your viewing card with you and enjoy all the channels you watch at home.
There is a stereo provided that has radio and CD, and also has an iPod dock, so bring your iPod and listen to your whole CD collection on holiday.
There is a lovely terrace out to the private swimming pool, and views from the terrace are truly stunning, with views out to sea looking towards Ibiza, which you can see in the far distance.
It is one of the few villas that incorporates Ground Source heating and cooling, and along with solar power, this is quite an eco friendly villa.

Moraira town is about a 10 minutes drive, where you can find some of the best restaurants.
The beautiful town of Javea is 15 minutes away by car where you will find lots of lovely bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
Denia is around a 30 minute drive away and here you can catch a ferry to Ibiza.
The lively town of Benidorm is about a 40 minute drive away. For the children you can find Mundomar sea world, an aquapark and Terra Mitica (a large theme park).
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking, this is non-refundable, but we will refund it if the villa is subsequently let.
Balance plus security deposit of £200 payable 8 weeks before arrival date.
The security deposit will be refunded 10 days after holiday ends when confirmation received from our agent and key returned. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer in Euros or UK Pounds.
