Sleeps six persons comfortably in three good sized bedrooms. All modern amenities are within the apartment including full digital Sky television. Set in a friendly community in the old town of Cabo Roig away from the lively bars - however they are within walking distance (5 mins). 4 minutes walk to a beautiful beach with restaurants, tapas bar, beach bar and marina offering a variety of water sports. Great walking and cycling is an excellent way to explore the local area.

Utility Room: Second fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, heating boiler.
Living Rooms: Very large open plan kitchen diner and living room. A large living area with a comfortable sofa and chairs. Dining suit/breakfast table seating 4 persons. Patio furniture for alfresco dining and four chairs on the balcony.

Bedlinen and a small selection of bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Pre and post cleaning will be undertaken. Linen changed during your stay is available at special request.

Accessibility
The property is on the first floor and therefore there is a flight of stair leading up to it. Once in the apartment there are no further steps. Large walk in showers and open plan living space would make it usable for disabled persons. The pool on the complex has steps and hand rails designed for disabled people.

Outside
A large double balcony is from the lounge area and main bedroom with large sun umbrellas making it perfect for eating outside and private sun bathing. There is also a sea view from the balcony.
Down the stairs there is a lovely little garden with stone table, shaded by a palm tree, perfect for a relaxing afternoon tea following a day in the sun.
The complex has beautiful manicured gardens. There is a large pool with children's section and access for disabled or elderly people. The complex is kept very clean and the gardens tended weekly, with friendly owners giving it a lovely atmosphere.

Coast/Beach
There are two beaches in Cabo Roig. Cabo Roig beach is only a 4 minute walk from the apartment and can be accessed without going on the road. Watersports are available a great beach bar serves good food. The second beach is a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Toilets and lifeguards on both beaches.
Great walking can be found at Cabo Roig with a coastal walk running to neighbouring resorts. All interlinking with the beaches and bars. From here you can walk for miles on the coastal paths.

Golf
Campoamor is the longest playing course of the three in the area, and good putting skills are required to score here. Tee times and buggies are available at all the courses. Villamartin golf course has hosted the Mediterranean Open and is probably the best known course in the Costa Blanca area. It is only a 5 minute drive from Cabo Roig. A real paradise for the golf enthusiast.

Travel
Murcia airport (San Javier) is a 20 minute drive.
Alicante airport is a 50 minute drive.
Car hire can be arranged or taxis run from Murcia airport. It is not necessary to have a car as all amenities and shops are within walking distance.

Distances
There is a 5 minute walk to all the main bars and wide selection of really good restaurants, as well as some lively bars for the youngsters. A short drive will take you to the quaint traditional restaurants.
A very good supermarket with a good supply of meat, vegetables, fruit and household goods is within a 5 minute walk.
Buses run from the top road (5 mins walk), to all the major towns ie Torrevieja, Benidorm.

Further details
Other activities in the area are horse riding only 12 km away where you can ride on the banks of the unspoilt 'La Mata - Torrevieja salt lakes'.
Outdoor mud baths in San Pedro del Pinatar are located 15km away. These curative muds are ideal for treating joint and bone problems.
Walking and cycling is an excellent way to explore and with over 300 days of sunshine a year and a wide diversity of landscapes, this area of Spain is superb.
The City of Murcia, further inland is an impressive historic building and a superb Cathedral, while the smaller city of Lorca has a quaint charm and an impressive castle on the hill.
Benidorm and Torrevieja sport really good water parks with great slides and pools. The large one being at Benidorm which can be booked as a day trip from Cabo Roig. The is a great day for a family outing.

Booking notes
In the first instance contact Jane Avison for availability. A non returnable deposit of 30% of the booking price would be required to book the property. The balance of the booking price would be payable 10 weeks prior to travel. A refundable deposit of £100 for any damage or heavy cleaning taken.
The Management company would meet you with keys. Welcome packs, transfers, etc can be arranged for you.
