Accessibility
The property is on the ground floor with 1 step up to the naya. Small enclosed garden on level ground. south facing so always in the sun.

Outside
Outside covered terrace and garden/patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

Coast/Beach
A 20 minute drive to the nearest white sandy beaches of Javea, Calpe, Denia. The resort of Benidorm is 40 mins drive away with the Theme Park of Terra Mitica, Water Parks and buzzing nightlife.

Golf
Many golf courses within 20mins driving including some championship courses.

Travel
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately 1hours drive away. Alicante is the most popular as Valencia is mainly a business airport. A hire car is essential as there are no public transport services in the Valley.

Distances
The village of Lliber is within 5 mins walking distance where you will find the village shop, bars and a restaurant. The market town of Jalon is 1km away where there are various shops, restaurants, bars. etc. The tourist information office here is very informative. You can sample and buy the local wine from the Bodegas. There are many villages dotted around the valley with some of the best restaurants in the area.

Further details
The Jalon Valley is an area of outstanding natural beauty nestling under the Sierra Bernia mountains with the vineyards and almond and orange groves. Far from the madding crowds but only a short drive to the white sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. You can drive over the hills to Guadalest a fortified village with narrow streets. On the way you will pass the Fonts de Lagua where you can swim or paddle in the waterfalls and pools.

Booking notes
To secure a reservation a 20% deposit is required with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A security / damage deposit of £100.00 is required which is paid with the final balance. The deposit is refundable if appropriate after inspection on departure. Long lets are available during the winter months please enquire.
