This is a south facing, first floor apartment with terrace and full sun awning, overlooking lawned, sub-tropical gardens in a very peaceful setting. Entrance to the property is via a locked gate and has ample car parking spaces. The large, beautiful swimming pool with lawned gardens (open throughout the year) is in front of the apartment.

Changeover day
We are flexible about changeover days but arrivals must be after 1400 hours and departures before 1000 hours to allow for cleaning and preparation of the property.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and double fitted wardrobes with views over the communal gardens and a hot/cold air-conditioning unit.
Bathrooms: The bathroom has a large shower with sliding doors, wc and sink with illuminated mirror and bathroom cabinet.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with electric ceramic hob, oven fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, deep fat fryer, toaster and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking implements.
Utility Room: The utility room is situated off the kitchen and houses the automatic washing machine and an extendable drying line, together with floor to ceiling shelving.
Living Rooms: The ultra modern, south facing, lounge is very bright and spacious with a window overlooking the terrace. It has satellite television and radio, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, 2 luxury grey suede sofas (1 extending to double bed), and fan.
Other: The black solid marble breakfast bar links the kitchen with the lounge and has 2 super modern swivel multi-height chairs.

Sufficient linen and towels are included for the duration of your stay and the property is cleaned on departure.

The bedroom has both hot and cold air-conditioning and there is a fan in the lounge in addition to an oil-filled electric heater.

There is a table and four chairs on the terrace, along with a barbecue and an extendable awning that covers the entire terrace. The twenty metre communal swimming pool is gated and set amongst lush lawned gardens.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful white sandy beach is just 5 minutes stroll from the apartment with chiringuitos (beach bars) open during the Summer months. Pedalos and jet skis are available for hire along with sun beds and sun umbrellas (again during the summer months). There is a delightful coastal walk with views across to La Manga on the Mar menor.

Travel
Murcia (San Javier) Airport is a twenty minute drive from the apartment and Alicante Airport is forty five minutes away. Car hire is not essential unless you wish to leave the resort.

Distances
The nearest villages are Mil Palmeras and La Torre, both about a ten minute walk away. The nearest town is Pilar de la Horadada which is only five or six minutes away by car and Torrevieja is twenty minutes away. Murcia and Alicante are the two nearest cities, both being about 40 - 45 minutes on the motorway.

Further details
There is an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks within walking distance and beyond. There are tennis courts in the Rio Mar complex. For low season visitors there is an indoor heated swimming pool in Pilar de la Horadada (5 minutes distance).

We require a deposit of twenty per cent of the total payment by bank transfer on booking and the balance will be due six weeks prior to arrival.
