Only a short drive from the beautiful town of Moraira with exclusive marina, fine sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, and chic shops. It is also within easy reach of the popular coastal resort of Javea. Although located in a quiet residential area it is within easy walking distance of all amenities including supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank, and chemist. The property has a spacious main living room which includes comfortable furnishings with a separate dining area. Linen and towels (not beach) are changed weekly and electricity is included. Tea, coffee, wine, and cleaning materials are always in the house (and toilet rolls). Welcome packs can be made available if required.

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the ground floor with roadside parking outside. The road is only an access road and therefore very quiet. If you should have any specific queries regarding access please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do out utmost to provide you with any information you may require.

Outside
Outdoor facilities include a covered balcony off the living room.
There is also a small well tended garden below with a tiled terrace area for sunbathing or just relaxing. Immediately across the road is the stunning 60 metre communal pool with both bar and catering facilities. The bar also provides live entertainment during the summer months. Behind this you will find 4 brand new tennis courts for your enjoyment. Beyond that there are extensive green areas with marked routes that take you through the countryside with jaw dropping views for those who enjoy walking.

Coast/Beach
Should you wish to spend some time at the beach you have several options within easy reach. The closest is the stunningly beautiful La Cumbre cove itself a mere 1.5km from the house. Do not miss visiting this one. The very exclusive town of Moraira with its fine sandy beach is a mere 5km away along one of our favourites El Portet. This is just a short distance away but on the way back toward the house. Should you want something more commercial Javea Arenal beach is only 6km away.

Golf
The house is within reasonably close proximity to several golf courses in the area. The closest being Javea golf club which is approximately 2 to 3 km away. Over at La Sella approx 20 mins. drive the course has been designed by Seve Ballesteros.

Travel
The house is equidistant between both Alicante and Valencia airports. Both of which are approximately a 1 hour motorway journey by car. We can arrange airport transfers for you if required. However, for probably no more than the cost of the airport transfers you will without doubt have a more enjoyable holiday and have more freedom from hiring a car. This therefore would be our recommendation.

In the house you will find an information pack including places of interest, local fiestas, entertainment, and where and when they take place.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required with your booking, the balance due at least 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival. If you are booking less than 4 weeks before departure then a money transfer direct to our bank will be required. Should you cancel your booking, a deposit refund will only be made if we are successful in re-letting the house during your booking period. An additional refundable deposit of £100 is required to cover any key/breakage/damage. This will be refunded should there be no issues.
