The villa is well appointed with air conditioning, underfloor heating, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and mini hi-fi inside the villa. Private pool, barbecue area and poolside shower outside. It also features a remotely operated entrance gate and garage door. In addition to the private pool, guests can enjoy use of an adjacent 12m x 5m pool, along with a child's paddling pool. The property has superb views to the Sierra Bernia mountains and has a great aspect for spectacular sunsets. There is a new table tennis table in the garage.

Changeover day
July and August, Saturday changeover. During rest of year, this is flexible. Arrival after 2pm, departure 10am.

In addition to it“s own private pool, guests have access to a
12x5m communal pool nearby, along with a child“s paddling pool. Table tennis table.
Outside
The private pool is a 8m x 4m kidney shape design, with poolside shower and barbecue. Adjacent to the villa there is a 12m x 5m pool which guests can use, along with a child's paddling pool. On the pool terrace there are sunloungers, a dining table, chairs and parasol, along with reclining chairs and table on the front balcony.
Coast/Beach
The spectacular Moraig beach on Cumbre del Sol is less than 10 minutes drive, with the popular el Portet and Arenal beaches in Moraira and Javea the same distance away.
Golf
Javea golf course is just a few minutes drive away, with a number of other course within 30 minutes drive. There are also a couple of tennis courts and a covered, heated pool a short walk away. Horse riding, scuba diving and hillwalking facilities are also available nearby.
Travel
The villa is a comfortable hour's drive from Alicante airport, with Valencia Airport some 70 minutes drive. A car is recommended, though we can arrange airport pick/up for guests if required.
Distances
Alicante is 65km away, with Valencia some 75km. The resort towns of Javea and Moraira are 8km away, while Benidorm is a 35km drive.
Booking notes
To reserve the villa, we ask for a deposit of 30%. This can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or online via Paypal with a credit card. For bookings within eight weeks of your arrival date, we require payment in full. Final cleaning/linen fee of £120.00. Refundable, security deposit of £300.00.

We always try our best to accommodate clients, welcome them in person (unless it's 2 in the morning), and look after them during their stay. All guests receive a complimentary welcome pack of snacks and refreshments and we are happy to pass on advice on places to go, local events, restaurants etc. We treat our guests, how we would want to be looked after ourselves.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We live here ourselves and are big fans of Benitachell. We like the fact that it´s just ten minutes from Moraira and Javea, close to the attractions that they offer, and their cosmopolitan style.
The proximity to the Jalon valley, Gata, Valencia and Alicante, with all their attractions is great too.
Unique benefits of the property
Guests always love the pool and bbq area, the table tennis tables and best of all the open views. Sunsets are particularly beautiful.
We always get good feedback on the quality of the linens and hand soaps etc which we supply.
With a couple of big supermarkets and a selection of nice restaurants, within 5 minutes drive, the villa is well positioned. A number of beaches are only ten minutes drive away, with golf, tennis and horse riding facilities also local.
