The apartment is situated on La Envia Golf. On site is a multi-million pound health spa. The 5* hotel facilities are open to all and are very reasonable. Almeria city is just 15 mins drive and is great for sightseeing and shopping! It is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) and has an open plan lounge dining room and kitchen and 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The lounge/dining room comprises a large settee/pull out bed, a dining table and chairs, balcony furniture. 2 sets of double doors lead onto the balcony which enjoys sea views and overlooks the golf course. The apartment is brand new and has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard, with TV, DVD player and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has its own private entrance with underground and street parking. The apartment is only 20 mins from Almeria airport, close to unspoilt beaches, superb golf courses. For ski or mountain biking holidays the beautiful area of Sierra Nevada is 90 mins away.

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the first floor with direct access from the street to the back, main private entrance. There is also a private car park underground with remote controlled doors and lift access to all floors, fully wheelchair accessible.
Coast/Beach
Roquetas de Mar boasts wide sandy beaches with facilities including toilets, some showers and on street parking. The beaches are all about 10 minutes drive from the apartment. San Jose beach is a great family beach and is only a 30 - 40 minute car journey.
Golf
Located in a beautiful valley in the mountains of Vicar, La Envia Golf and Country Club is surrounded by mountains which protect the 18 hole golf course from East and West winds, creating superb golfing conditions.
La Envia is an oasis in the middle of a spectacular desert.
Palm trees, mimosa trees, agaves and many indigenous shrubs line each of the 18 holes, which are laid out in an irregular profile.
Bunkers and lakes will also exercise your accuracy, expertise and skill as a golfer.
The course is at the heart of an ambitious project, residential and hotel, with many sport facilities.
La Envia Golf Club has, among other facilities, a marvellous restaurant, which is a compulsory stop for golfers and non-golfers.
La Envía Golf is a real paradise for all golfers and for those who love the best cuisine.
Skiing
The apartment is 1 hour 30 minute journey to Sierra Nevada Ski resort which offers skiing between November and March. Many people use Roquestas de Mar as a base in the winter months to enjoy skiing or mountain biking in Sierra Nevada.
Travel
Roquetas de Mar is approximately 20 minutes by car from Almeria airport with daily flights from the UK.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit to secure booking. The balance is to be paid 30 days prior to the holiday. A £100 damage deposit is paid to management company on arrival and is refunded at the end of the holiday if there is no damage.
Short stays are available on request. Changeover times are flexible. Off season long lets are available at a discounted rate. Local management company will meet clients with the keys and airport transfers are available.
