Each bedroom can be configured to provide either a super king or 2, 3ft singles. The built in wardrobes in each bedroom also provide ample drawers and storage. There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning for the summer, and for a cosy feel, central heating with a constant supply of hot water. Extend your party onto the large terrace, fully furnished for al fresco dining. For those who prefer indoor evening entertainment there is a 32’ LCD TV/radio, DVD, CD and a free internet facility for those who wish to keep in touch with home.

Notes on accommodation
All apartments offer ceiling fans and air-conditioning during the warm season as well as central heating if you get a bit chilly. This secure gated and patrolled site offers you peace of mind for all the family. An optional baby kit, including cot and mattress, potty, highchair, step stool and bath is bookable subject to availability (baby's own bedding to be supplied). There is a 60 euros cleaning and linen charge payable locally for up to 4 persons. Sofa bed and cot will incur additional charges of 25/15 euros. Additional cleaning and towel/linen supply can be arranged and paid for locally.
Accessibility
Lift access is available to first and second floor properties. All apartments are able to accommodate a wheelchair. Additionally the ground floor property can be accessed by wheelchair from both sides, enabling the user a direct view of the pool and golf course beyond. Whilst the apartments have not been specifically adapted there is ample room in the bedroom and bathroom for the use of a wheelchair or other walking aid.
Outside
The ground floor apartment provides a terrace area and garden leading to the communal pool. First and Second floor apartments have front balconies overlooking the communal pool and golf course as well as individual bedroom balconies at rear with further views of the golf course. All apartments have a large patio table, and reclining chairs. The location of these apartments ensures that throughout the day the sun will be shining on the front or back of your rental.
Coast/Beach
There's lots of choices of what to do in the Costa Calida - and even a choice of which Sea to go to! You can choose between the Mediterranean Sea, and the lesser known Mar Menor (little sea). The Mediterranean beaches include some fabulous white sand walks that the locals favour, while the Mar Menor is an inland sea/salt water lake separated from the Mediterranean by La Manga del Mar Menor; otherwise known as the La Manga strip.
Golf
The 18 hole Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus Design is a par 72 and 6416m course built to professional standards. The course covers an area of 71 hectares and has a stunning mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast. This course is one of a group of six golf courses that make up some of the best in Europe. It is different from the others, providing ample fairways combined with hard to approach greens, and bunkers ready to challenge your game. The course is surrounded by wild flowers, olive trees and stunning lakes. Other golfing amenities include a driving range, golf academy and pro-golf shop on the resort, however, whilst staying at Hacienda Riquelme you are able to use the amenities and play at reduced rates at La Torre Golf Course, El Valle Golf Course or Mar Menor Golf Course. A coach is provided to transport golfers and holidaymakers to and from these resorts.

Fly to Murcia/San Javier International Airport from Belfast, Birmingham, Blackpool, Bristol, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London - Gatwick, London - Luton, London - Stansted, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, Nottingham/East Midlands and Southampton. Airlines flying there include Ryanair, Jet2, Easyjet and Monarch. Car hire is available at the airport terminal, and for the best deal advance booking is recommended. Alternatively, we can arrange transfers for you.
Distances
Sucina village is only 3 minutes drive away and offers all amenities. Balsicas is 8 km away and has the nearest train station for trips to Murcia town and Cartagena port. Airport: Murcia/San Javier 20km. Ferry: Santander or Bilbao 700km. Beaches 15km. Other golf courses 10km. Supermarket on-site.

Hacienda Riquelme offers a number of on-site facilities which include several impressive swimming pools and children's fenced play areas, outdoor gym, the hugely famous Nicklaus design golf course, tapas bar and mini-supermarket. You also have access, by way of shuttle buses, to the full facilities, including restaurants and shops, on nearby Polaris resorts. The area of Murcia sits on the south east corner of Spain, with Costa Blanca to the North and Costa Almeria to the South. It boasts white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, deserted coves and 320 days of sunshine a year. The World health authority has declared the Murcia province the cleanest in Spain, with the least industrial pollution. For nature lovers, there is the stunning Sierra Espuna national Park and the sierra de Carroscoy mountain range – a paradise for walkers and climbers. Balneario de Archena - On the banks of the clean water and rich river Segura, we find the Balneario de Archena. This is an ideal destination for a healthy treatment. The center which has sources of rich mineral water with temperature of 52 °C is specialized in the treatment of respiratory problems and skin and rheumatic diseases. Balneario de Fortuna - The salt-rich waters of the Balneario de Fortuna spring with a temperature of 53 °C and are particularly effective for the treatment of asthma, rheumatism, colds and allergies, and gynecological disorders. The baths were already used by the Moors and the Romans and are housed in modern facilities. There are three hotels with direct access to the spa, an outdoor pool with hot spring water, ideal for cold winter mornings. Lo Pagán and healing mud baths - The route begins along the Mar Menor in Lo Pagán, a village two kilometers from San Pedro del Pinatar where the best open-air mud baths in Europe are situated.

A £100 deposit is payable at time of booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable at the same time as the balance payment. That sum will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Discounts are available for longer rents. Prices on application. Visitors benefit from the use of a large swimming pool approximately 20 metres from the property. On average it is used by no more than five families at a time.
