The Mar Menor, a stunning natural lagoon, is a 30 mins drive as well as the beaches, bars and restaurants of San Pedro. The Costa Calida, known as "the warm coast" for its wonderful climate almost all the year, has become an increasingly popular holiday and residential location over recent years. Boasting many kilometres of sandy "blue flag" beaches and an array of water sports along with a number of quality golf courses. Traditional fishing villages are dotted amongst historical and bustling towns and cities with bars and restaurants offering a variety of local dishes.

Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia San Javier Airport, Alicante is one hour drive away to the North. Car hire is strongly recommended.
Distances
The train station at Balsicas is 16km away and provides rail links via Murcia or Alicante to the rest of Spain and even a sleeper service to the South of France.
The city of Murcia is an easy 15 mins drive along the C3319. The beaches and restaurants of Los Alcazares and San Javier are 20 mins drive along the C3319/A7.
1 hour drive to the popular Terra Mitica Theme Park and Aqualandia in Alicante.
30 mins drive to Aquopolis Water Park.
Booking notes
Bookings inside 6 weeks of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Bookings outside 6 weeks require a non-refundable £150 deposit. Full balance due 6 weeks prior to departure, along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned to the client within a week of completion of the holiday as long as no damage or loss has occurred during the clients stay. This is purely to ensure we can maintain the high standard of the apartment.
