The villa is located in a gated complex and takes approximately 10 minutes to drive to Puerto Banus or Marbella centre, a car is advisable. The villa sits on a 1300 square meter plot of which the villa takes up 417 square meters. The villa has probably the best views on the coast with superb views of the mountains, the lake and the sea. On a clear day you can see North Africa from the garden! Villa specification is - large lounge, large kitchen/dining room, study, cloakroom, 4 x double bedrooms (master with en suite bathroom and dressing room, 2 x doubles beds, 1 x twin). Booking notes
Water, electric and rates all included. If dates you want are available we will hold 48 hours so you can arrange flights. 40% deposit at reservation. Balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. 40% cancellation cost at 28 days. As from 27 days 100% cancellation costs. Upon arrival a bond of 500 euros is requested and will be returned on departure date after the villa has been inspected and no damages.

About the owner
I am a business angel based in Wiltshire in the UK. I personally use my Villa on the Costa Del Sol around 10 x weeks per year. We enjoy particularly waterskiing, wakeboarding and donut-ing outside Puerto Banus along with tennis at Manola Santana tennis club just 7 mins from the villa. We also love eating in Marbella (Old Town) and having fun evenings in the Port (mind you we are usually going for a water ski at 7am when some people are just heading back after a long night)

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I love the location of the villa in that you are only 10 minutes outside of Puerto Banus and yet it is so peaceful and has such stunning views of the mountains, the lake and out to sea. On a clear day you can see North Africa. I also like the contrast of Puerto Banus (glitz/fun) and Marbella (Old Town/Orange Square). The villa itself is very sizeable and private and is perfect for a large family or 2 having fun outdoors all day. And just in case you miss the UK there is Sky+. All the family love the location and the villa ranging from 2 x late 40's adults, 2 x late teenage girls (who love Puerto Banus) and 1 x 8 year old boy who loves the villa and his sports club at the bottom of the hill.
