This villa is furnished and decorated tastefully. Located in a quiet road yet only 10 minutes from bars/restaurants and 15 minutes to beach. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes/dressers and ceiling fans, main bedroom having en-suite bathroom. Windows and doors have mosquito/fly screens. A large fully fitted luxury kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, high level oven.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Please note a small increase will be applied for October half term, Easter and Christmas period. A 20% non refundable deposit will be required. The balance should be paid within 8 weeks of the arrival date together with the security deposit amounting to £200 or 300 euros which is fully refundable. For longer lets the price is negotiable.

All bath and beach towels are provided. Linen is also included. The property is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Towels and linen can be changed at an extra charge. This can be arranged. |

Outside
At the front of the villa we have a car port which is really useful, especially on those hot days!! We have a nicely cut lawn to the front and beautiful flowers. There is a table and chairs at the front to enjoy your breakfast in the morning. At the back, the floor is paved with non slip tiles, there is a purpose built BBQ area when entertaining your friends, with bar stools as well! The BBQ area is equipped with large fridge for your refreshments and a music player to wine down for the evening. The pool is gated for safety.

Golf
The climate makes it possible to play golf all year round. The province of Cadiz alone has 17 courses from which to choose, and the selection of several of these to host prestigious tournaments has led to worldwide recognition of Cadiz as one of the best golfing holiday destinations in Europe. The Valderrama Golf Club, which hosted the 1997 Ryder Cup and nine consecutive Volvo Masters tournaments, has been voted Europe's best course by the world's golf press on several occasions.The courses closest to Villa Innisfree are the Campano Golf Club, the Golf Melia Sancti-Petri and the Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club, where the course was designed by Spain's first major golf star, Severiano Ballesteros.
Special interest holidays
The endless coastline accommodates a wide range of seaborne and underwater activities, including windsurfing and water skiing. Supplies of motorbikes, scooters and quad bikes abound. Jerez has a May Horse Show, and an equestrian school and museum, and the region has ample horse riding and tuition outlets. For a family day out, there is an Aqualand theme park, near El Puerto de Santa Maria. The towns of the sherry triangle, and many others, have a plethora of wineries and bodegas to visit. Both Cadiz and Jerez offer camara oscura displays, giving a 360 degree tour of their city in real time. Flamenco is everywhere, whether in set festivals or impromptu performances. There are boat trips from Sanlucar into the Donana National Park, and from Tarifa and Gibraltar to see the high concentration of whales (many species) and dolphins (three species)which frequent the area where the Atlantic and Mediterranean meet.

Las Quintas is just 5/6 minutes from the 8 mile stretch of beautiful sandy beaches of both Nova Sancti Petri and La Barrosa. A great place to stay only 5 minutes to the beach and with plenty of local golf courses. The new Commercial Centre of Nova Sancti Petri and La Barrossa have an abundance of cafe/bar/restaurants. The bustling town of Chiclana is 10 minutes drive. Cadiz, Jerez, Conil, Vejer, Medina Sodonia, Arcos are all within easy access.

There are 2 big commercial centres which have fantastic shops and restaurants. both have bowling alleys and cinemas, play machines and electric cars and soft play areas - which caters for all ages.
