There is also plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. La Zenia beach and 'the strip' are both a 10 mins walk away. Close to shops and restaurants. Several blue flag beaches within walking distance. Close to golf courses and go-carting.

25% of the cost of the holiday is required when booking. The remaining balance is required two months before arrival at the villa. Long term lets can be arranged. Please enquire for a quotation.
Changeover day
As the Villa is offered on a 'per night' basis. The changeover is very flexible as you only pay for the exact number of nights that you wish to stay and you can fit you holiday into the period you wish.

Outside
Solarium/roof terrace is fully equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs, with scenic sea views. There is easy access to the communal pool which is nearby the villa.
The main bedroom also has a balcony for guests. The front porch has a table with chairs ideal for enjoying a drink on those balmy nights.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beaches nearby (e.g. La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Campaomor etc) all within easy walking distance. There is a scenic coastal walkway which follows the numerous beaches along the Orihuela Costa. Along the way there are plenty of places for refreshment and opportunities to indulge in the local cuisine.
Golf
There are various championship golf courses nearby for example Villamartin, Campoamor, Los Ramblas, La Finca and the well known La Manga golf course is a short drive away.
Distances
The renowned 'Cabo Roig strip' with its variety of bars and restaurants is approximately a 10 minute walk away. Nearby at La Zenia there are also numerous bars/restaurants including the popular 'Paddy's Point' bar which has a variety of entertainment every night. The town of Torrevieja, which has a large Aquapark and marina is a 10 minute drive away and can also be reached by the numerous bus services which run daily.
Further details
Situated in a prime location for markets. Please note for those with young children there is a pushchair available at the villa, plus a selection of lilos, buckets and spades etc.
There are a variety of banks in La Zenia and along the Cabo Roig strip.
