This spacious air-conditioned apartment is situated in a small gated complex with 2 pools. The two bedrooms (one with en-suite), both have terraces overlooking the pool and mountains. Facilities include a Ketler equipped gym, pool and footie table rooms and underground parking with lift access. Estepona and San Pedro are both 5 mins away offering a huge selection of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.
Puerto Banus is a further 5 minute drive from San Pedro.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Cleaning charge is £35. Mid-stay clean if required is at extra cost. Greater than 4 week stay is subject to 10% discount. A refundable deposit of £50 is required in the form of a check (returned on satisfactory inspection).

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed and access to the large terrace overlooking the pool.
Second bedroom has twin beds with a small terrace overlooking the mountains and sea.
Both bedrooms have ample built in wardrobe space.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have bath, shower, wc, bidet and a hand basin in a marble surround. All towels are provided for (excluding beach towels).
Kitchen: The large fully equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and marble work tops. Full kitchen utensils, cooking equipment(including pans) are provided.
Utility Room: Covered utility room contains spare supplies and clothes dryer.
Living Rooms: The open plan lounge and dining area has 2 sofas with TV and DVD player and coffee table. The large dining table can seat up to 6 people.
Other: The sun shines onto the main terrace until late early afternoon where there is a dining table and bench. The sun shines onto the private rear terrace until late evening.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment is cleaned before your arrival, beds made and bath and hand towels are provided for. There is a washing machine for laundry but cleaning and laundry can be arranged during your stay for an additional cost.

 

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is hot and cold. There are 2 underground car parking spaces with easy access to the apartment. The gated complex makes it ideal for a peaceful break and safe for young children.

The complex to one side is surrounded by a 9 hole golf course. There are a huge selection of other golf courses along the coast.

Distances
Estepona and San Pedro are both 5 mins away offering a huge selection of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Puerto Banus is a further 5 minute drive from San Pedro.
