Changeover day
Can be flexible and we try where ever possible to work around late flights. During July and August changeover day is usually a Saturday but we can be flexible.

There are 4 golf courses ranging from between 2 and 15 minutes drive. Marina de la Torre 5700 metres Par 72. Desert Springs, world famous course, 6,179 metres Par 72. Valle del Este 5751 metres Par 71. Cortijo Grande 5500 metres Par 72. Details and information can be found within the apartment.

The area is great for those wishing to explore. For the active visitor angling, sea sports, go carting, golf, cycling, sailing/yachting, nature trails, swimming and water sports are all close by. For the more relaxed holidaymaker historical sightseeing and walking are popular pursuits.
Travel
Almeria 45 minutes, Murcia 1.5 hours, Alicante 2 hours. Hire car is recommended to fully appreciate the area although not essential.

Town of Garrucha, fishing village is, 5 minutes away.
Cabo de Gata National Park 15 minutes.
Mojacar Village is 10 minutes away.

Booking notes
On booking a £200 deposit will be taken and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. A separate refundable breakages deposit is required of £100 prior to travel, this is returned straight after your holiday. Payment is normally via transfer or personal cheque.
We take a £150 breakage deposit. After final departure check and once our agents have checked the apartment and done meter readings this will be returned.
