Changeover day
Can be flexible and we try where ever possible to work around late flights. During July and August changeover day is usually a Saturday but we can be flexible.

The area is great for those wishing to explore. For the active visitor angling, sea sports, go carting, golf, cycling, sailing/yachting, nature trails, swimming and water sports are all close by. For the more relaxed holidaymaker historical sightseeing and walking are popular pursuits.
Travel
Almeria 45 minutes, Murcia 1.5 hours, Alicante 2 hours. Hire car is recommended to fully appreciate the area although not essential.

Booking notes
On booking a £200 deposit will be taken and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. A separate refundable breakages deposit is required of £100 prior to travel, this is returned straight after your holiday. Payment is normally via transfer or personal cheque.
We take a £150 breakage deposit. After final departure check and once our agents have checked the apartment and done meter readings this will be returned.
