Towels and linen are included. Every guest will have a large bath sheet, hand towel and pool towel. Property cleaned and towels and linen changed every week. |

The house is fully air conditioned and centrally heated.
We welcome families and a high chair and cot can also be arranged should these be required.
In summer months, families with children have enjoyed the shared pool almost exclusively as many of the Spanish neighbours are away on holidays.

Accessibility
This is a large property with bedrooms on 3 levels so it is not the easiest accommodation for wheelchair users. We have had guests with disabilities who have stayed in the downstairs bedroom with own shower room.

Swimming pool in communal gardens (only shared by immediate neighbours) through a gate in the garden. Use of the pool is seasonal.
Beautifully kept private garden with lemon tree for holiday gin and tonics!

Coast/Beach
The beaches at Huelva are a 45 minute drive away.
Golf
The house is on the Hato Verde golf course. Golf holidays are particularly suited to this area as there are 3 equally excellent courses within a 10 minute drive and there are none of the hectic tourist traps found in places such as Marbella and the rest of the Costa del Sol.
One of the most remarkable things about this accommodation is that you can walk right onto the greens of a course surrounded by the local fauna and yet be in the centre of Seville, one of the most beautiful and historic cities in Europe, in just over 10 minutes.
Travel
Seville airport is a 20-minute drive.
There are direct fly to Seville from Liverpool and Stansted airport with Ryanair or from Gatwick with Click Air.
You will need to hire a car for your stay.
Malaga airport is a 2 hour drive.
Distances
Seville - 23km.
Italica - the Roman settlement outside Seville, a 5 minute drive.
Cadiz or Jerez and its 'bodegas' - 45 minute drive.
Aracena - 40 minute drive.
Cordoba - 40 minutes on the AVE (bullet) train.
Granada and Malaga: 120km.
Ronda: 100km.

Guest comments
The accommodation at Casa Lavanda was top quality and stylish. Very rarely is holiday accommodation better than your own home! The house was extremely spacious and we really enjoyed having our own well-kept garden with barbecue and undercover outdoor living area. Our children loved the large immaculately maintained pool located just outside the garden. We hired a car and found we were in an ideal place to explore not only Seville but Italica, Jerez, Cordoba and Granada.
The owners were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Rafael knows some great places to eat when we didn't feel like cooking and Vanessa knows all the best places to shop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going again.
