The villa is set on its own plot, which is walled and gated with a private pool. There is also a garage which has been converted into a games room which includes a table tennis table, football game and darts. The villa is in an elevated area with fantastic sea views. Being close to the town of Calpe but away from the crowds. Only 5 minutes to beaches or town by car, with 3 bars nearby all in walking distance. Wi-Fi is obtainable in certain parts of the villa grounds. Calpe itself boasts many excellent shops, beaches and restaurants/bars, also its famous land mark Calpe Rock. Nearby is a working fishing port and yacht harbour with many fish restaurants. With Benidorm only a 30 minute drive away there is Terra Mittica a theme park, Aqualandia a water theme park and also Mundomar a marine park. As well as a plentiful array of bars, shops, restaurants and beaches. Benidorm also boasts of an extensive nightlife.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturdays during the peak season. We are flexible on this outside of June/July/August, please ask for any other change over days. Arrival time to be no sooner than 3pm and on day of departure the villa is to be vacated by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning in all bedrooms, warm for the winter months and cold for the summer months. A cot, high chair and buggy are available on request at no charge.
Accessibility
An ideal villa for semi disabled. With only one flight of steps up to the villa (these are wide) - once up these steps the villa and pool are all on one level.
Outside
A large private pool with a plentiful amount of terracing around the pool with sun or shade. A numerous amount of tables, chairs supplied along with sun beds. A further kitchen/bbq area on pool terrace.
Coast/Beach
With fantastic sea views the beaches are only a 5 minute drive away. All beaches being of top standards.
There are 3 local bars/restaurants all within walking distance of the villa
Golf
Please ask for further information. We have a serious golfing friend nearby who will be only too willing to offer info on golf courses etc nearby.
Travel
Alicante airport is approximately 1 hrs drive.
Valencia airport is approximately 1 and a half hrs drive.
Murcia approximately 2 hrs drive.
Airport Transfer - can recommend someone.
Distances
Calpe is approximately 5 minutes drive from the villa with Benidorm being approx 20 minutes drive away along with Moraira and all the other coastal towns only a short drive away.
