The famous Lamanga and Nature reserves are all close by. Cycling, diving, fishing, horse riding, hiking, roller blading, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking,water skiing, windsurfing and bowling all available locally. Easy access to surrounding beaches and activities. The traditionally kept Murcia city and wonderful cities of Alicante, Benidorm and Cartagena are all within 30 min to an hours drive. 5 min drive to other bigger supermarkets offering a large variety of Spanish wine and food, very inviting seafood desks.

Accessibility
The property is not constructed for wheelchair users. Not suitable for elderly people who have got difficulty to go upstairs. Not suitable for guests with pets. Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
Outside
There is a garden with BBQ and for children playing. Communal pool which can be used by guests who have got the key.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to the local beach. There are many other beaches - family beaches with driving distance depending the location. Naturist beaches: Guademar which is both a family beach and for naturists 30 min drive, Cal Blanque nude- and a family beach 45 min drive.
Golf
Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses all within 5 minutes drive.
Travel
Murcia Airport - 20 minutes. Alicante Airport - 45 minutes. There are a number of car rentals at both airports f. i. Avis, Gold Car, euro cars. Aureega crowns. Optional car available at 75 euros per week (£55). Airport pick ups available. Alicante 50 euros, Murcia 35 euros. 15 min drive to Torrevieja. Cities of Murcia, Alicante and Cartagena are all within 45 min to an hours drive.

Booking notes
20% deposit to be paid at the booking time and the balance to be settled 7 weeks before the arrival date. 100 euros required against breakages cover at the time the balance is settled. This 100 euros will be paid within 7 days after the holiday is ended.
