There is also a 65 euros charge for end of stay cleaning to be paid locally. A refundable security deposit of £100 is also required. Discounted long lets available.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, although on the days of arrival and departure the property must be vacant between 12 noon and 4pm, to allow the cleaners in.

Outside
There are terraces off both bedrooms, the roof terrace and a covered terrace in the garden. Table and 4 chairs and BBQ. The swimming pool is shared and has showers around it.
Coast/Beach
Novo Sancti Petri is 5km away with the beach of La Barrosa. La Barrosa beach is 8km of fine white sand and clear blue water. It's the perfect sandy beach and the Spaniards love it. It spans all the way from the watchtower of El Puerco to Cano de Sancti Petri. There's two parts to the beach; the urbanised promenade and the untouched virgin stretch. It's protected by sand dunes and beach shrubbery. promenade has numerous bars, restaurants and tourist facilities such as showers and toilets.
Golf
The townhouse is on San Andres golf course with amazing views. There are 4 or 5 other courses within about 5 minutes drive and there are others like Montecastillo, Montenmedio, and costa Ballena within 40 minutes.
Travel
Car hire is recommended. We are a 40 minute drive from Jerez, 60 minutes from Gibraltar, 90 minutes Seville and 2.5 hours from Malaga.
Distances
Cadiz is worth a visit and takes about 30 minutes.
Further details
Supermarkets are minutes away, while you have access to the clubhouse and also a tapas bar/restaurant on site.
Booking notes
Deposits of 25% are required at the time of booking and the balance due 8 weeks before travel. There is a security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable.
