Three beautifully furnished penthouse apartments, fully air-conditioned (cooling and heating) in a brand new small apartment complex. Communal pool, secure basement parking and passenger lifts to all floors. The apartment is within 1 minute walk to Burriana Beach, the largest blue flag beach in the area, with water sports and numerous beach bars and restaurants. Nerja is easily accessible from Malaga airport with direct motorway access (approx 45 minutes). Golf course within 25 minutes and skiing at Sierra Nevada less than 1.5 hours away. Nerja offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the larger resorts. The old town, with its vehicle restricted narrow streets, provides many pleasant hours browsing in its shops and restaurants. Each apartment has 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom and separate bathroom. Flat screen TV with Sky free to air channels, DVD and CD players are also provided. A door entry phone provides security and convenience.

Changeover day
Normally changeover day is Saturday but we are very flexible and can normally fit in with your requirements and flight availability. Under normal circumstances, entry is not before 4pm and we ask that you vacate by 10am on the day of departure.

Bedroom 1 has English divan double bed, bedside tables and triple fitted wardrobe.
The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with glass shower screen, washbasin, WC and bidet.
Bedroom 2 has English divan twin beds, bedside tables and triple fitted wardrobes.
The family bathroom is identical to the en-suite.
A separate kitchen is fitted with a full range of cupboards with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob and oven, toaster and electric kettle. All neccessary crockery, glasses, cutlery, saucepans and utensils are provided.
The living area is an L shaped lounge/dining room, luxuriously furnished with modern leather sofas and light oak furniture. Flat screen 32' TV with English free to air programs, CD/radio and DVD player.
Patio doors lead to a large sun terrace with brick built BBQ and 4 sun loungers plus a second terrace with dining furniture and a sun canopy for alfresco dining.
There is ample storage space for suitcases, prams etc.

Notes on accommodation
All three apartments are fully air-conditioned which provides both cooling and heating as required. An iron & ironing board are included as well as a hair dryer to save room in your suitcase. We meet all our guests on arrival, to hand over keys and settle them in, no matter what time you arrive.
Travel cots and high chairs are available for rent. All neccesary linen and towels are included and changed once a week. The apartment is cleaned immediately prior to guests arrival. Each apartment has its own allocated parking space.

Accessibility
All outside areas is served by ramps. Lifts serve all levels including swimming pool and both parking levels. Two out of the three apartments are on one level, the third has a lounge/diner accessed by three wide steps.

Outside
The communal pool and surrounding terrace are easily accessible and attractively planted with palms and flowering shrubs. Each apartment have outside terraces with brick built BBQ's and a full range of sun loungers and outside chairs and tables.

Coast/Beach
A true one minute walk to the blue flag Burriana Beach, with a mountain backdrop and a wide and varied range of restaurants and cafe bars. Scuba diving is available from 2 dive schools on Burriana beach and also at Marinas del Este 30 mins up the coast.

Golf
Golf courses are close at hand, the closest being Baviera 18 hole 20 mins, Anoreta 18 holes 30 mins by car. Solebrena is 30 minutes to the east and also a full 18 hole course

Travel
Malaga airport is approx 45 mins by car, numerous car hire firms offer a wide range of cars. Granada airport is at present 2hrs drive by car but when the final part of the motorway is completed it will be more like 1 hour.Airport transfer can be arranged if you do not want to hire a car.

Distances
Frigiliana 7km. Nerja Caves at Maro 1.5km. Torrox 4km.

Booking notes
A 15 % deposit is required to secure the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before date of arrival. If a cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before the booked date of arrival, 50% of the total rental fee is forfeit. Cancellation less than 2 weeks before result in full forfeiture unless the apartment is re-let for that period. Security deposit of £100 is required, this will be added to the final 80% and will be refunded at the end of the holiday, provided no breakages or damages have occurred.
