Villa Amarilla is a lovely new villa suitable for a family or 2 small families to share. The villa is spacious and light throughout. Patio door lead to the outdoor seating provided on the patio area for alfresco dining on those beautiful hot summer nights. The 3 beaches close by are unspoilt and ideal for children with shallow water. The lovely fishing village of L'Amettla de mar is only 3 km away with lovely bars and restaurants. The Esmerelda Restaurant on the other side of the urbanisation is wonderful and caters well for children. There are also tennis courts and mini golf beside this restaurant.

Changeover day
Saturday is change over day unless special arrangement made with owners. The villa will be available from 2pm on date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure date. This can be flexible if required.

| Utility Room: | Separate utility with washing machine, mop/bucket etc. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room comprises of two large 3 seater sofas, TV with sky package, DVD player, CD player. There is a dining table which seats 8 people. |
| Other: | The master bedroom and lounge area have air-conditioning units while the other bedrooms have ceiling fans. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Clean linen and towels (not for use at beach) are provided on arrival for each guest. If you require a change of linen/towels after 7 days a further 50 euros is required. |

Outside
The villa has a private pool with loungers for sunbathing. There is a garage and paved area which would fit 3 cars and also provides a great play area for outdoor activities.
Coast/Beach
There are 3 blue flag beaches close by. The nearest being Cala Forn which is a lovely cove ideal for children with it's shallow water and fine sand.
Golf
The championship course at Bonmont is approx 20 mins away. There are also courses at Reus and Salou. The lovely La Figuerola pitch and putt course in about 5/10 mins away where clubs can be rented.
Special interest holidays
The river Ebro is approx 20 mins away where the fishing is fabulous and world famous.
Travel
Ryanair fly from the UK and Ireland to Reus Airport which is approx. 30 mins away. Easyjet, BA, Iberia and Aer Lingus fly into Barcelona which is approx. 1.5 hours mins away. A car is a must in this area in order to explore this wonderful area.
Distances
The nearest town of L'Ametlla de Mar is 5 min drive away. This is a lovely fishing village with good restaurants and bars. The river Ebro is approx 20 mins away. The holiday resorts of Salou and Cambrils with Port Aventura Theme park and Aquapolic water park are only 20 mins away. Reus Airport - 30 mins. Barcelona Airport - 1.5 hours.
Booking notes
Bookings are reserved on signing of booking conditions and payment of 20% non-refundable deposit. Final balance due in full 6 weeks before the commencement date of holiday. A damage deposit of 150 euros is payable on arrival and will be refunded on inspection of the villa.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The people are very friendly. It is not too touristy an area but you are still only 20 minutes away from Salou/Cambrils where you can have all the tourist stuff you want. The beaches here are fantastic, clean and you can walk out a good bit without any dip in depth. The village is a wonderful fishing village which reminds me of Ireland about 30 years ago.
