This corner end of terrace property is located in a small cul-de-sac adjacent to the flat part of town. On entering the house you arrive in an open plan lounge where there is a double sofabed and 2 armchairs, a flat TV with Freeview satellite channels and DVD. We provide a handbook with local information for you to examine at your leisure and choose what activities suit you. Off this room you have also the fully fitted kitchen. Up the stairs to the first floor you have the master bedroom with a queensize bed and air conditioning, also on this level is bedroom 2 which has full size bunk beds. Up the stairs to the top of the house is bedroom 3 complete with double sofabed, you also have the bathroom on this level. The balcony is accessed from this level and the utility room complete with washing machine.

Changeover day
The changeover day is usally Saturday, however we are flexible and will try to accommodate you.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels/bed linen are included and are changed and washed between rentals, the house is also cleaned between rentals. If you are staying for more than 1 week can wash your towels and bedding in the machine provided. Spare sheets for each bed are available. |
Notes on accommodation
No pets allowed. No smoking inside property.
There is 1 oil fired radiator in the house taht can be moved where required.
There is 1 portable turbo fan in the house.
Accessibility
With 3 floors accessed by stairs this house may not suit people with very small children or people with mobility problems.
Outside
There is a balcony on the top floor to catch some sunshine and is equipped with an canopy for when shade is required. There are 2 armchairs and a table on the balcony.
Coast/Beach
There are lots of lovely beaches within easy reach, our favorite is Cadiz on the Atlantic coast. The nearest beach is San Pedro de Alcantara 1.4 hours.
Costa del Sol (approx 1.5 hours) Malaga, Estepona, Fuengirola.
San Pedro de Alcantara 1.4 hours.
The Costa de la Luz to Chipiona 2 hours.
Cadiz 1.5 hours.
Golf
The closest golf is around 30-40 mins drive at the town of Antequera, countless other golf courses located towards the coast between 1 and 1.5 hours away.
Special interest holidays
Kayaking, fishing, horse/donkey riding, quad biking, paragliding, cycling, walking trips are all available locally.
Travel
Malaga airport is approx 74km and about 2 hours to 3 hours depending on time of day and traffic etc.
Seville airport is approx 78km and about 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours depending on time of day and traffic etc.
Jerez airport is approx 74km.
The ferry port of Tarifa/Algeciras is approx 1.5 hours away, where day trips to Morocco can be arranged.
Ronda railway station approx 45 mins trains to numerous locations including the coast.
Distances
Olvera is surrounded by lots of very interesting villages and towns from 15 mins drive up to 45 mins away. El Gastor, Setenil, Zahara de la Sierra, Ronda and Grazalema in The Parque Natural de la Grazelema with breathtaking mountain views.
Ronda with its Roman bridge and buildings and fine dining is approx 40 mins away by car and is well worth a visit.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 40% is required upon booking. The rest of the monies to be paid no later than four weeks before the arrival date. Payment byBank transfers or crossed cheques are requested.
A phone call to my keyholder when you are about 30 mins away from Olvera, they will meet you in Olvera and take you to the house.
A security deposit of €200 must be paid to my keyholder on arrival, this will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no breakages or damage has occured.
