Located 15 minutes drive from Murcia airport, this 3 bedroom air-conditioned house is less than 800 metres from the beach. There's only a short walk to several popular restaurants and bars on the sea front. The closest town, Pilar de la Horadada offers bars, restaurants, several tapas bars and a weekly street market and is only 5 minutes drive away. The beautiful fishing town, Torre, is less than a 15 minute walk across the wonderful boardwalk and promenade. Close by are the famous safe shallow waters of the Mar Menor which are renowned for its therapeutic mud baths with their healing properties. Also nearby are tennis courts, 9 golf courses within 30 minutes drive, horse riding, scuba diving and water skiing. There is a large supermarket in the highly modern shopping centre of Dos Mares also 10 minutes drive away. This centre is open 7 days a week and upstairs is a designer’s paradise.

Notes on accommodation
It is a family oriented house in a peaceful area near a very safe beach. The house overlooks a well-maintained park - a great play area for children.
Outside
Outside there is a large patio table and 6 chairs to really make the most of the warm Spanish nights. The property has 3 bikes for use by adults and children over 10 years old. There is also a gas barbeque plus chairs for the beach, parasols, cooler box and a range of children's toys including bat and ball, tennis racquets etc. Everything you need for a great day in the sun!
Coast/Beach
Beach 800m from property. Safe beach with several bars located directly on the sand. Lifeguard at busy times. Close by are the famous safe shallow waters of the Mar Menor which are renowned for its Therapeutic Mud baths with their healing properties.
Golf
The region of Murcia has several championship golf courses and is a true golfer's paradise. Discounted green fees can be arranged through the owner of this property. All courses are within a 30 minute drive, the closest being less than 10 minutes away.
