The villa is a luxury detached villa, with its own private parking. There is a private pool with a large terraced area, and outside shower cubicle. It has beautiful open views of the mountains, fields and sea. There are plenty of sunbeds,2 tables and chairs umbrellas and a barbecue. There is a separate utility area for storage, and equipped with washing machine and ironing area; also an additional large fridge/freezer. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin. There are 2 bathrooms 1 with a bath, and other with a shower. The open living area has a well equipped kitchen with table and chairs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, coffeemaker etc. In the lounge area there are 2 settees and chair and a TV with Sky free-to-air channels. There is also a DVD player.

Changeover day
The changeover day is usually a Saturday but we are flexible if another arrival day is required. The departure time is 10am and the villa will be ready to receive guests at 4pm.

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 has a bath with overhead shower, vanity unit, wc and bidet. Bathroom 2 has a wc, sink and shower cubicle. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and table and chairs. |
| Utility Room: | The utility area has room for storage, there is a washing machine, sink, and ironing area. There are airers to put outside to dry the washing. There is an additional large fridge/freezer. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area comprises of 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee and armchair. There is a satellite TV and DVD player. A large unit with games and books. The dining area has a table and chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property is cleaned once a week, and the linen and towels will be changed at the same time. |
Notes on accommodation
There is air conditioning which is metered and this is available at a small extra charge in the main bedroom and living area.
Outside
The pool is a private pool, it is 5m x 3m and 1.5m deep. There is a large terraced area with a shower cubicle by the pool. There are 6 sunbeds and side tables, umbrellas, 2 tables, chairs and a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is a 4/5 minutes walk away. There are also lots of beaches along the coast within a very short drive away. They are a combination of small sandy coves and long stretches of sand. Some beaches offer water sports and have sun beds to rent with small bars close by, others are quiet bays.
Golf
There are golf courses in the area. In particular two 18 hole courses, i.e. Baviera (20 mins) and Anoreta (30 mins). There are numerous other golf courses within an hour. Under construction at the moment is a new Course expected to be completed in 2008. This is situated at Calaciete only 5 minutes drive from the Villa
Travel
The closest airport is Malaga. It takes about 45 minutes drive from the airport to the villa.
Car hire would be recommended.
Alternatively we can arrange for a Nerja taxi to collect you from the airport. The current charge is 65 euros.
Distances
Nerja town centre is a few minutes drive from the villa, or a 20minute walk along the road or pleasant beach walk. Nerja Caves are approx 10 mins drive by bus. Whitewashed village of Frigiliana is approx 10 mins drive or by bus. Almunecar (there is a water park) is about 20 mins drive. Torrox Costa (where there are some water sports) is about 10 mins drive. Malaga City is about 45 mins drive or by bus. There is an efficient bus service to all towns including Granada and Seville.
Further details
Nerja is a small town with beautiful scenery. The beaches are a combination of small sandy coves and long stretches of sand. The town is set between the blue waters of the Mediterranean and the back drop of spectacular mountains which can be reached within a short drive from the Villa. Much of Nerja's charm comes from its narrow winding streets with an abundance of bars, restaurants and fascinating shops. You must visit our own bar Three Cliffs Welsh Bar in Calle Diputacion. We are a friendly bar showing all major (and requested) sports including all rugby. There is a free drink waiting for all our villa guests. Just look for the Welsh flag flying outside! A stroll on the famous Balcon de Europa is a must and to look back from the end of it to the vista of mountains is a spectacular view. Nerja is a popular cycling area and mountain bikes can be hired locally. There is scuba diving and horse riding and fully equipped fitness centres. Live music and flamenco dancing can be found in the town at night and for the young and young at heart the famous Tutti Fruiti Square opens late until the early hours!! Nerja has wonderful year round weather with average temperatures of 17c in winter and 34c in summer. The Sierra Nevada Mountains above Granada provide excellent ski slopes in winter at some of the cheapest prices in Europe. You can drive from the sun to the snow and back again in just over an hour! Nerja is an ideal base for those wishing to visit nearby golf courses and to visit the other wonders of Andalucia.
