Pool, barbecue area and bar are available at owners discretion.

Coast/Beach
Javea Arenal beach and Moria beach are only a ten minute drive away which host many up market restaurants and bars. These beaches are very beautiful and child friendly.

Golf
Javea golf course is approximately a two minute walk, La Sella golf course is only a short journey by car.

Travel
Alicante is approximately 50 minutes away, Valencia is about 1 hour drive. We would recommend car hire.

Distances
The nearest village is called benitachall which is approximately 3 minute drive away, which hosts a large supermarket, tapas restaurants and bars. The old town of Javea is 5 minutes away very historical.
