Overlooking Gualdamina golf course and fantastic views of the mountains. This luxurious 5 bedroom modern villa is fully enclosed with electronic security gates and parking for 4 cars. It has a private garden and large heated pool with ornamental fountain flowing in. The garden has a large bar with built in BBQ and the large terrace is for lounging and dining. Furnished to live in as a home and with all the modern facilities, mod cons and luxury you would expect from a million pound villa. It is marbled throughout and the David Marshall staircase sets off the hallway as you enter. There is WiFi Internet and Sky satellite for the 42inch plasma TV inc, CD/DVD player and music system. The four bedrooms upstairs are all en-suite and the master bedroom has a 42’ plasma on the wall. All the bedrooms are carpeted and very large. The fifth bedroom is downstairs and is for a maid if you have one as is attached to the utility room with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.

The garden looks onto the golf course with mountain veiws and is a total of 1000sqm. The private pool can be heated and is set in the garden that has an 8 seater garden bar with fridges and glasses and a built in BBQ. The terrace has lounge area and a dining area all covered for your comfort, with lounge chairs around the pool. The house is enclosed with security gates and has private parking for 4 large cars, security alarms and cameras,
Coast/Beach
Situated on the beach side of the road and is about 1km to the beach Guadalmina is based in and around an up market exclusive residential area close to San Pedro de Alcantara,is 5 minutes for local shops traditional restaurants including Indian, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, English, Lebanese and local bars. 10 minutes from the world famous Puerto Banus and the night life of Marbella. Every day there is a local market. At Puerto Banus, Estepona, San Pedro Marbella and other towns along the coast.
Golf
Situated on gualdamina 15th hole of the golf course and surrounded by many other courses within a 15 min drive.
Skiing
2 hours away is the ski resort of Sierra Nevada.
Travel
Malaga airport 40 mins. Gibralter 40 mins. Even though on the golf course and close to all amenities a car will make your stay much more enjoyable. From Guadalalmina to Marbella you are the centre of a coastline stretching along some 26km of sunny beaches bathed by the Mediterranean. Casinos, clubs and just about every sporting activity under the sun, few places can match Marbella for everything you need on a holiday.
