Open plan fully fitted kitchen, tiled bathroom. Patio doors leading to private balcony with spiral staircase to spacious solarium with sun loungers, table and chairs, water, electricity and barbeque ideal for entertaining day and night. Gated communal pool with shallow area for young children viewable from balcony and solarium. The apartment is only 10 minutes walk away from local amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and take-away food. Less than 5 minutes drive, Ciudad Quesada itself provides banks, medical centre, chemist, bars, international restaurants amongst other facilities including La Marquesa golf course, and a reasonably priced Aquapark highly recommended for a family day of fun and entrainment.

Outside
Private balcony consists of dining table and chairs, barbecue, spiral staircase leading to solarium which has sun loungers, table and chairs, additional barbecue, lighting, water and electrics. Communal pool with shallow area for children.
Coast/Beach
Campomar beach is a 5 min drive, a lovely, peaceful, clean sandy beach. The coastal town of Guardamar del Segura is a 10 minute drive and not only has it clean sandy beaches but is a traditional Spanish town for shopping and markets. 15 minutes drive in the opposite direction to Guardamar is the lively Torrevieja, full of everything from shops, street markets, bars, restaurants, entertainment, nightclubs and beaches all easily accessible by bus or taxi if you fancy a drink!
Golf
Nearest golf course is a 5 min drive La Marquesa golf club is a par 72 course with putting green and driving range, club house, restaurant and shop. La Finca is a par 72 championship course 10 mins away from Quesada. Villa Martin course is approx 20 mins drive from Quesada again a par 72 course.
Travel
25 minutes from both Alicante or Murcia airport. Easy drive along straight coastal road or taxi's readily available from the airport. Several car hire companies at airport which can also be booked in advance, including Sol-Mar, Europecar and Hertz etc. Car hire not essential but as there are many attractions in the surrounding area it is recommended.
Distances
Airports 25 mins drive. Guardamar 10 min drive. Torrevieja 15 min drive. Aquapark 5 min drive. Terra Mitica (Theme Park ) 1 hour drive. Elche Safari Park/ Zoo 20 mins drive. Many other attractions all easy reach.
Booking notes
25% deposit required, booking confirmed on receipt of deposit. 50 euros payable on arrival to housekeeper for changeover cleaning etc. Full balance payable 6 weeks before holiday. a damage deposit of £80.00 refundable 1 week after departure.
