| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and en-suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have twin beds. All bedrooms have large built in double wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to main bedroom and family bathroom comprise of bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The ground floor wc also has a shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has all modern essentials, including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. |
| Utility Room: | In the utility room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has two double sofas and one double sofa bed. You will find the TV, DVD and stereo in the living room. The TV has all free to air English speaking channels. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The property will be cleaned before arrival and after your departure. If you are staying for two or more weeks and would like a mid term clean there is a charge of 60 euros. |

Coast/Beach
The nearest sandy beach is a 10 min walk away. It is now a blue flag beach with many attractions for children in the summer months and various beach bars.
Golf
There are many good golf courses on the Costa del Sol, some of which are only a 5 min drive away, and there are many more within a 45 min drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Gibraltar airport, which is approximately a 30 min drive, also Malaga airport is only an hour away by car.
Distances
The village center of San Luis De Sabinillas is approximately 0.5K away. Estepoa is a 10K drive along the cost, and Marbella and Puerto Banus are also approximately 40k drive.
