The apartment offers beautiful views and is in an excellent location. There is a mini market at the complex open 10am to 10pm seven days a week and a gift shop with internet access. There is also a hairdressers and dry cleaners. Next to the complex is a BBQ area with bar that serves food and there is also a local Spanish Restaurant that has a tapas bar as well as a restaurant. Close by is the world famous 5 star Byblos Hotel. 10 mins to beach and towns of La Cala and famous beach resort of Fuengirola with it's renowned aqua park. 20 mins from Malaga airport and international resort of Marbella and Puerto Banus with luxury shopping, restaurants and bars. Car hire can be arranged. Meet and greet service available.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
10% reduction for rentals of 4 weeks or more. When balance of payment is due (usually 8 weeks before the start of the holiday).
Cancellation refunds Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge, 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded, 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded, less than 2 weeks – no refund.
Changeover day
This is flexible, and I also let you leave on departure day at any time that is convenient to you, which means you do not have to find somewhere to store your cases etc. Likewise arrival time is at any time to suit you.

| Other: | In the hallway there are two lightweight sunloungers and deck chairs that can be taken down to the pools and gardens. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels and linen included. Beach towels are not included. Linens are only changed with 2 week bookings. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and a drying rack on the balcony. A daily maid service can be provided at an extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning and video entry. The gardens are suitable for children, with play areas for young children within a gated, locked complex. There is also paddle tennis and 2 swimming pools. There is also a security guard on duty all day in season.

Accessibility
Lifts to all floors and ramps to the gardens.
Outside
2 communal pools, seats and picnic areas, paddle tennis courts, children's pools and play areas. Large balcony with patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
10 mins drive to Fuengirola, Benalmadena and La Cala beaches. 20 mins drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus beaches. 20 minutes drive into Malaga town centre; the old town is certainly worth a visit with it's international shops and restaurants and beautiful old buildings.
Golf
Next to one of the Coastal Del Sol's finest golf courses at Los Olivos. Also Santana, Alhaurin and Alagolf are all within 20 mins.
Travel
20 mins drive to Malaga airport. Use of car hire is recommended. Car hire can be arranged at a competitive price. Just over an hour from Gibralter airport. About an hour and a half to the ferry port of Algeciras.
Distances
Close to charming Mijas Village, Fuengirola and La Cala.
20 mins to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Los Olivos golf course just over the road and many other golf courses within a 5 mile radius.
Further details
Only a 5 mins drive from La Hacienda is the fabulous Myramar shopping complex and multi cinema. Every type of shop can be found here, along with a fantastic choice of restaurants and tapas bars. Fuengirola world famous aquapark is only 15 minutes away as is the race course.
Whilst these apartments are non smoking - you may of course smoke on the terraces. Please note that same sex parties under the age of 20 are not accepted.
Booking notes
50% of holiday cost is due on booking as deposit. Balance of 50% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. 100 euros (£70) is required as security deposit, this is refunded when the property has been checked on your departure and keys to apartment have been returned. Maid service can be available for an additional charge.
