A beautifully renovated, charming rural hideaway. This delightful casita is located just outside the village of Estacion Cortes De La Frontera - just south of the town of Cortes - and a convenient short drive from historic Ronda. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and tranquility amid a beautiful natural landscape. Numerous walking routes through the breath taking surroundings start right from the front door, which is less than 20 metres from the spectacular Rio Guadiaro. Mountain bikes can be made available free of charge and the property is surrounded by wildlife including the spectacular Griffon Vulture. The cottage is only a 5 minute walk to the traditional village centre which has several bars, shops and restaurants. The town of Cortes is only 5km away which boasts numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The historic town of Ronda can be reached in under 40 mins by car and a regular train service runs from the village to Ronda and beyond.

Living Rooms: Open plan kitchen/living area separated by a breakfast bar. Large leather 'L' sofa, fitted fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player (access to lots of DVDs). Dining area with table and chairs, large siding doors open out onto the main terraced area.

All bedding and bath towels are provided. The cottage is thoroughly cleaned following each guests stay and is always immaculate prior to their arrival. Maid services can be negotiated including shopping, driving, cleaning and laundry.

Notes on accommodation
Thanks to its design, the cottage remains cool inside, fans are available should they be required.

Accessibility
The property is accessed through a private gate and vehicle can be driven almost to the door. Whilst wheelchair users will able to maneuvers around the property and terrace, we hold no official wheelchair friendly status.

Outside
The large sun terrace and pool area are newly constructed and boast excellent sun levels. Sun loungers. BBQ and outdoor dining furniture are all provided. The pool measures approx 4x4m metres, accessed by submersed steps with a depth of approx 1.6-1.8 metres. It has a constant filtration system and a closely monitored PH/chlorine level. Mountain bikes can be made available free of charge to guests when requested in advance.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach - all of the Costa del Sol can be reached in 45 mins by car.

Travel
Nearest airport - Malaga, 1 hour 40 mins drive.
Nearest train station - walking distance.

Distances
Town of Cortes de la Frontera - 5km, 5-10 min drive. Ronda - 40 min drive. Seville, Granada, Gibraltar, Tangier, Morocco etc can all be visited on a day trip basis.
