‘El Buen Retiro’ is a brand new townhouse - perfect for family holidays, couples or a week of golf with friends. Set in a peaceful development built on a hillside on the edge of Benahavis. There are 3 outdoor communal pools to choose from (1 just behind the villa). In the clubhouse there is an indoor pool, sauna and gym. It is ideally placed on the Costa del Sol. Benahavis is 4 miles in land from the coast. 15 mins from Puerto Banus and Estepona. The house is a 5 mins walk to the centre of Benahavis Village known as the gastronomic corner of Andalucía with over 30 excellent restaurants and bars. The villa is in close proximity of 9 golf courses and a short drive from the beaches of the Costa Del Sol.

There is air conditioning throughout except in the basement bedroom (should be installed soon). Children welcome although due to open plan living areas and open staircases may not be suitable for exploring toddlers!

Outside
Lovely large terrace. Beautiful marble table with seating for 8. BBQ. 2 sun loungers. Large umbrella. 3 shared outdoor pools (1 just behind villa). 1 indoor pool, sauna and well-equipped gym. Grounds are well maintained. There is a clubhouse above the indoor pool which is perfect for a refreshing drink before walking up to the village. They also have Sky Sports.
Coast/Beach
4km inland. The villa is ideally placed for beached on the Costa. Nearest beach approx 15 minutes drive. 1 1/2 hours to Tarifa/Bologna where there are pristine white-sanded beaches and lots of kite surfing. Worth a visit.
Golf
There are golf courses to suit both amateur and professional golfers. There is also a new driving range in Benahavis.
5 minutes from Marbella Club, Montemayor, Atalaya New & Old, Los Flamingos, Los Higueros.
15 minutes from El Paraiso, La Resina Golf, Guadalmina N & S
30 mins to 1 hour from Valderama, La Zagelata, Los Alqueros, La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Magna Marbella, Aloha, La Brisas, La Dama De Noche, El Cortesin, La Duquesa, La Reserva, San Roque New & Old, Sotogrande and Alquedeisa.
Skiing
2 hours drive to Sierra Nevada where Spanish Royalty choose to ski. Excellent facilities for all ages. Highly recommended!

Travel
Malaga airport 45 minutes drive. Gibraltar 1 hour drive. Car hire is recommended although there are excellent taxi facilities in the area.

The village is well equipped with shops, restaurants, banks and leisure. There is a spa hotel in the village offering beauty/massage treatments.
