Situated only 200m from the beach, this apartment is part of the Alanda Club Marbella complex. Privately owned, it boasts dual aspects with 2 terraces, and balconies at both bedrooms. Secure parking in basement, with a lift to it's third floor location where the views of the gardens and sea make it bright and airy. The apartment is surrounded by lush, well-tended gardens and has a beautiful pool area, including lifeguard, and a kiddies pool and hot tub. There are ample sun loungers and showers whether you are relaxing poolside or in the shade of the palm trees. There is 24 hr security and is gated, and has air-con/heating throughout.

Changeover day
Changeover is typically Saturdays, but will consider other arrangements. We ask to vacate by 10am, bags can be left at front desk.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with king bed, balcony overlooking gardens and sea, en-suite with jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds/or double if needed, balcony, en-suite, dressing/storage room.
Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms, with jacuzzi in master. The full bath off living room makes it easy for guest using extra bed, or just showering after the beach, before coming into the main living area.
Kitchen: Large, fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and everything you will need to make complete meals.
Utility Room: Washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, drying rack.
Living Rooms: The large lounge/dining area is split level, very comfortable and spacious lounge with 2 large sofas and a new flat screen TV, including satellite, as well as a CD and DVD. You get both morning and evening sun on the dual aspect terraces in this area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen included, your apartment is cleaned prior to arrival. If you require a mid-stay clean, this can be arranged and paid for with reception. Clean pool towels are available daily poolside.

There is a lift in the basement.

Outside
The apartment is surrounded by lush, well-tended gardens and has a large, beautiful pool area, with kiddies pool. There is also a large pool in the main complex, with a creche next to it. In the main building, there is an indoor pool, in case of rain!

Coast/Beach
The beach is 200 metres away, with loungers, jet skis, pedalos, and wonderful beach side restaurants.

Golf
Golf is everywhere, with the closest course 5 minutes up the road. This is in the middle of the Costa Del Golf! Tee times can be booked through the front desk.

Travel
Just a 30 minute drive from Malaga airport, rental cars are very reasonable. I always recommend renting a car, because you are close to Gibraltar, the White Villages of Andalucia, the Sierra Nevada mountains, water parks, etc. Alanda Club can arrange airport transfer (about 45 euros each way).

Distances
The clubhouse is 50m away, as is a grocery store, restaurants and bars, all within a few minutes walk. The world-renowned Nikki Beach is a 5 minute walk. Marbella and Fuengirola are 10 minutes drive away. Puerto Banus is 15 minutes.

Further details
Quad bike rental nearby. Horse riding can be arranged, as well as all sorts of tours, through the front desk.

Booking notes
Please contact us directly for booking. We require a 10% deposit, and full payment 6 weeks before arrival. We also require a damage deposit, which will be refunded after checkout.

'We all had a fabulous holiday at Alanda Club, Marbella. A luxury home from home. The apartment was fabulous - very spacious and well equipped (essential when staying with two children!) The kids loved the pools and the kids club was well run and very popular. Lots of day trips very accessible from Elviria - visits to Ronda, Mijas, Porto Banus and Fuengirola zoo a must! Marbella only a ten minute drive away with fabulous restaurants around the Orange Tree Square. Alanda Club is very professionally run with a fully staffed reception to deal with any queries, restaurant with family entertainment every night (great with kids!) and lots of restaurants/shops nearby.' - Smolenska Family, Antrim.
