Washing machine Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, mini oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, etc. Living room/bedroom with glazed balcony, heating, 22" flatscreen TV withbuilt in DVD six English channels, radio/CD/cassette. and mini hi fi with ipod dock. wall safe. Dining table, chairs, coffee table, wardrobes, chest of drawers. Bedlinen and towels provided (not beach towels), changed weekly. |

Approx 15 minutes walk to Benalmadena Costa beach with many other beaches accessible along the coast. Benalmadena Marina with the Sealife Centre and picturesque boats and apartments and many bars and restaurants nearby. Aqua-parks also accessible in Torremolinos and Fuengirola. Paloma Park within 5 minutes walking distance.

Many golf courses around the area.

Organised excursions to many locations including Gibraltar (passport required), can be booked at local travel agents.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 20 minutes away by transport. Not necessary to hire a car as public transport available, including train, from the Airport.
Distances
Tivoli World, cable car and Friday Market, near the railway station at Arroyo de la Miel, approx 15 minutes walk away. Fuengirola and Torremolinos with its Aquaparks, Marbella, Puerto Banus easily accessible by public transport along the coast. Gibraltar with duty free and famous Barbary Apes.
Further details
There are many supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Taxi rank outside the building. Popular Bonanza Square has many international and Spanish restaurants and is within 2 minutes walk. Several churches also within the area.
Booking notes
One-third non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. There is also a holding deposit of £50 required which is refunded on safe return of keys and satisfactory apartment check.
