The lounge has an open fireplace, three seater and two seater settees. There is a TV table with Sky TV and DVD. The rear garden has a separate patio with table and chairs and covered with awning. There is a Roman style pool with child friendly steps. A pool house with covered barbecue area and marble table and seats for 6/8 people. Sunbeds and loungers for 6 people. At the front, there is a gravelled drive and turning circle with parking for at least 6 cars.

Accessibility
The villa is on a flat site but not considered suitable for wheelchair access because of steps up.
Outside
Villa Pinar de la Cruz has a large private landscaped garden and pool set in 1450 square meters. The pool is 10 x 6 meters and is filtered on a daily basis. There are large patio and lounging areas with two shaded areas. There is a separate drying area for washing and also a pool house for storage of pool furniture. The garden is landscaped with palm trees fruit trees and oleander bushes and plants and large lawns which are irrigated daily.
Coast/Beach
Twenty minute drive to La Barrosa Beach which is regarded as the best on the Costa de la Luz. Perfect for families with washing and shower facilities.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses in the area. The nearest is Campano which is a fifteen minute drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Jerez forty minutes drive away served by Ryanair once a day from Stansted. Other available airports are Seville Gibraltar and Malaga.
Distances
Nearest town is Chiclana ten minutes, Cadiz thirty minutes, Seville ninety minutes and Gibraltar eighty minutes.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required with the booking and the balance required eight weeks prior to arrival. Payment is by cheque or cash or direct bank transfer- debit/credit cards not accepted.
