Prices for the property are per week in UK Pounds and include cleaning, bed linen and meet and greet. Use of 1 set of ladies golf clubs, cot, high chair and free pool toys for children.

Changeover day
Change over day is flexible at present and we will make every attempt to accommodate arrival and departure times whenever possible on request.

Notes on accommodation
Prices are quoted per week, if you require a shorter stay please ask for a quote. The villa has gas central heating and air-conditioning to living areas as well as all bedrooms to ensure comfort throughout the year. The accommodation is suitable for children (the swimming pool is not fenced in) and there are children's play areas around the resort for the younger ones. A welcome pack can be provided for a small additional fee. We would respectfully ask guests to refrain from smoking inside the villa, ashtrays are provided for outside use.
Accessibility
The villa is on one level making it ideal for those with walking difficulties.
Outside
Outside there is a medium sized private pool - which can be illuminated at night - with views onto the golf course. South West facing it enjoys sunshine all day and into the evening. There is a covered terrace area with a brick built barbecue, ceiling fans and large table with 6 chairs for alfresco dining. Large patio area with plenty of outside lighting, table with 4 chairs and sun umbrella, 6 sun loungers, and a covered pergola with lights for night time. Access from this area into the lounge and master bedroom. Pathway round the side of the villa to the front.
Coast/Beach
The following are all reached easily by car using good quality motorway and road systems. The famous Mar Menor, a partially enclosed warm sea with sandy (Blue Flag) beaches and water sport facilities - 20 mins. Los Alcazares, a favourite with families and locals - 15 mins. La Manga and the famous La Manga strip - 30 mins. Historic city and harbour of Cartegena - 35 mins. The salt flats and mud baths of the San Pedro del Pinatar - 25 mins. Torrevieja - 30 mins. Mazzaron - 40 mins.
Golf
The villa is front line to fairway number 5 on the new championship design Jack Nicklaus golf course which has been described as 'the best golf course by a country mile' in Murcia. Residents also have access to the other Polaris World golf courses included in the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail - La Torre (18 championship course), Mar Menor (9 hole course) and Hacienda Riquelme which is due to open at the beginning of 2008. A resident's discount is available for golf, please ask for details. You can travel to these resorts by car or take the free inter-resort courtesy bus provided. The Costa Calida has numerous other golf courses including Mosa Trajectum, La Finca and Las Ramblas, all of which are accessible during your stay. The famous La Manga courses are within 40 minutes drive from El Valle Golf Resort. A set of ladies golf clubs is available for use free of charge.
Special interest holidays
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for water sport enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.
Travel
The resort of El Valle is easily accessible from the C3319 which is a dual carriageway running from the A7 into the city of Murcia. Murcia San Javier airport is a 15 minute drive via the C3319 and A7. Alicante airport is 50 minutes via the AP7. Both airports are well serviced by budget airlines. In order to get maximum enjoyment from your holiday, we recommend that you arrange car hire in advance from your chosen airport.
Distances
The City of Murcia is an easy 15 min drive along the C3319. The beaches and restaurants of Los Alcazares and San Javier are 20 mins drive along the C3319/A7. 1 hour drive to the popular Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm along with many other water parks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia. 30 min drive to Aquopolis Water Park in Torrevieja. 25 min to Cartagena Harbour and shopping centre. 15 min to San Javier Airport. 50 min to Alicante Airport.

El Valle Golf Resort boasts a stunning clubhouse, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The facilities of La Torre Golf Resort (5 mins) and Mar Menor Golf Resort (15 mins) which include -supermarket, golf course and clubhouse, bars with live music, shops, restaurants, tennis courts and swimming pools are available to all Polaris World residents to use. There are 2 new shopping centres including restaurants, food courts, cinema, major stores and supermarkets within a 20 minute drive. La Nueva Condominium on the outskirts of Murcia (next to the new Murcia football ground, now playing in 'La Liga') and the fantastic new shopping centre on the outskirts of Cartegena (just off the A7). There are numerous quality restaurants, bars and supermarkets within a 20 minute drive for you to take your pick from.
