Set on the beautiful golf course of El Valle part of the Jack Nicklaus golf trail of which there are now 4 courses in total to play. Murcia a beautiful city is 15 minute car drive away. Cartagena, an old Roman settlement, and port are 20 minute drive. The Mar Menor, a stunning natural lagoon, is a 30 minute drive as well as the beaches, bars and restaurants of San Pedro.

Accessibility
Access to the apartment is by lift which opens up outside the door to the apartment.
Outside
Set in beautiful surroundings with the mountains in the background. Lawned areas, shared pool outside the apartment. Quite tiled areas, away from pool that are covered with pagodas, ideal for sun bathing. A short walk to the golf club that serves drinks and food and has a large patio area that has stunning views of the 17th and 18th fairways, and beyond in the distance the Mar Menor.
Coast/Beach
Mar Menor has nice beaches, bars and restaurants, it also has a ferry boat that sails across the lagoon to the strip. San Pedro has clean beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants and has a nice family and friendly atmosphere.
Golf
There are four golf courses now available to play. The other three are within a 30 minute car drive. A shuttle bus service is available free of charge between all the Polaris resorts as well. Club, trolley and buggy hire is available. You also get discount on a round of golf at all the courses as you are classed as a resident while renting.
Travel
The airport is only a 15 minute car drive. To appreciate this beautiful part of spain a car is recommended.
Booking notes
Cleaning and laundry extra at 120 euros per week. 25% deposit required for bookings. Balance to be paid six weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Deposit of £100 to be returned 14 days after completion of holiday, as long as no loss or damage has occurred during stay. Long term lets also available at different rates.
