The light and airy open-plan living room with TV and DVD, dining room and kitchen gives you plenty of living space and seating areas. There are 2 bedrooms each with balconies. There is 1 bathroom. There is also a 3rd seating area on the terrace for al fresco eating. There is a communal pool/gardens. The apartment is situated just a 5 minute walk from the beach and 2 minute drive from a 18 hole championship golf course.

Changeover day is Saturday. We can be flexible during October - March. Discounts are available for longer lets, especially in winter.

Outside
There is a newly refurbished communal pool incorporating a children's pool (open summer months) and beautiful well maintained gardens. Private terrace as described above.
Coast/Beach
Beach is a 1 minute drive or less than 5 minute walk from apartment. The beach is lovely, flat and sandy with sunloungers and umbrellas for hire, showers and play areas, behind is a long promenade lined with snack bars, restaurants and bars which leads right into Torre del Mar.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the area, the nearest being Baviera 18 hole championship golf club, situated 2 minute drive from apartment, it has a driving range, pro shop and club house. Anoreta golf course is only 10 minutes drive away and has the same facilites.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada is 1 1/2 hours drive away with ski and chair lifts, restaurants, a bonus for winter lets.
Travel
Malaga airport and port are approximately a 30 minute drive to the apartment. In most instances we can arrange collection from/drop off at the airport, please enquire on booking.
Distances
Caleta de Mar and local shops 5 minute walk. Torre del Mar 15 minute walk along promenade and beach or shop lined avenue. Velez Malaga 5km inland has an attractive old town surrounded by vine yards. Nerja is just 10km away. 20 mins drive to Lake Vinuela, national parks and white mountain villages. ibraltar and Granada are 2 hour drive away.
Further details
Market days are Saturdays in Caleta. It's just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk into Torre del Mar which has a bigger selection of banks, shops, supermarkets and a market on Thursdays. Just outside Caleta is Eroski hyper market and shopping centre, there is also a water park and cinema (showing English films).
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% required on booking. Balance and returnable security deposit of £100 required 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Swimming pool open from 27 May to 15 October from 10.30am to 21.00pm.
