Ideal for family holidays with the beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are all within a 5 minutes drive and the bustling town of Torrevieja approx 10km away, enjoy the sunshine all year round!

Accessibility
There is a small step up from front gate to the property, not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
To the front of the property there is a large tiled patio area with table and chairs, sun lounger, pull-out sunblind from the front of house. Overlooking pretty gardens, ideal for evening relaxing.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras are just a 5 minutes drive away, numerous beach bars in high season. The coast offers many wonderful walks and restaurants for evening dining by the sea.
Golf
Opposite Campoamor golf complex with superb greens and clubhouse offering excellent dining, adjacent to the challenging Las Ramblas golf course. 5 mins drive to the ever popular Villamartin course also offering excellent clubhouse/restaurant. Many other courses nearby for all those golf enthuiasts!. Cheap winter flights available with Monarch flying into Murcia.
Travel
Easily reached from both Alicante Airport, approx 50 mins. drive and Murcia airport, only 20 mins drive. Both airports are well serviced by budget, charter and scheduled airlines. Car hire readily available.
Distances
The Villamartin is a must with its beautiful plaza, Torrevieja is the nearest large town with all the shops and bars, also enjoy a stroll along the sea front and a short drive to the water park for the children.
Go karting is also nearby.
Further details
The house is just a couple if minutes walk to banks, supermarkets, the spanish tapas bar and new Plaza with bars and restaurants to suit tastes.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week or part week to secure a booking is required, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure, unless a booking is made less than 6 weeks before this date, in which case full payment is required at time of booking. An additional refundable deposit of £100 is charged to cover for any loss, damage, breakages. Keys are with keyholder, directions given prior to departure.
