Changeover day
Flexible changeover. Guests requested to arrive between 16.00 and 20.00. If this is not possible alternative arrangements can be made, with prior notice, with our local key holder. You are also asked to vacate the apartment by 10am on day of departure.

Golf
There are already 60+ golf courses on the Costa del Sol, with many new courses being prepared. This apartment is in the heart of the 'Costa del Golf', with four courses nearby. The splendid new Dona Julia and Finca Cortesin courses are a mere 3 or 4 minutes drive away, and two other Pay & Play courses (Estepona and La Duquesa) only 10 minutes. The big guns of Valderama, Sotogrande, San Roque, Almenara and La Reserva are only 25 minutes off. For a complete contrast there is the charming little Los Almendros par 3 9-hole course, cleverly created in a pretty valley a short drive north of nearby Estepona. It provides a test for your short game - and a round can be followed by a good lunch in the delightful clubhouse restaurant. Truly something for everybody.

Further details
The area is an ideal location to explore the far south of Spain, either along the coast to Puerto Banus and Marbella to the east or to Puerto de la Duquesa, Sotogrande and Gibraltar to the west and on to Cadiz and Tarifa, the wind-surfers' paradise. Less than 10 minutes to the east is the attractive town of Estepona with its many restaurants and shops and attractive long, sandy beaches with excellent facilities including beach bars, showers and changing rooms, as well as a busy and popular marina. A short drive inland sets you en route to the Andalusian white villages, Casares and Gaucin being the nearest to the apartment. The spectacularly sited ancient town of Ronda is also a scenic drive away, and longer excursions can be made to Seville and Granada. For golfers this is the heart of the Costa del Golf, with three courses within 10 minutes drive and some 18/20 others, including the 'big guns' of Valderama, Sotogrande, Almenara and La Reserva only 25 minutes away.

Booking notes
Deposit of one-third of total price required at time of booking to confirm reservation, with balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. In case of cancellation between date of confirmation of and date, charge of 15% of total cost will apply. In case of cancellation 6 weeks or less before departure 50% of total rental cost will be forfeit unless we are able to re-let.
