Our luxurious penthouse overlooks the golf course and is adjacent to the large shared pool. You can sit on the large terrace and enjoy views of the course or sunbathe or have a barbeque. Nearby they are building a sports area which will offer tennis courts, gym, volleyball court, all weather pitch, swimming pool and bar and this should open later in 2008. Our penthouse is ideal for golf breaks, or as a base for your holiday if you enjoy relaxing by the pool or at the beach. The area of Murcia offers a host of exciting things, including beautiful beaches, historical towns and cities. You can have access to all the other Polaris resorts and have use of their facilities such as restaurants bars etc. There is a shuttle bus going on a regular basis to each of the Polaris resorts.The property has been furnished to a luxury standard with every comfort in mind for guests including king sized bed and 32" LCD TV. Golf clubs will be left in the appartment for use .

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 offers a luxury king size bed with superior mattress. Bedroom 2 offers either twin singles or a super king size bed, whichever you prefer. Both bedrooms have French doors which open onto their own Juliet balcony to catch the morning sun. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom has a shower, wc and bidet and basin. Luxury Egyptian cotton towels provided. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment offers air-conditioning in the lounge. We have a friendly key holder who will meet you and advise you of everything there is to do in the area. The underground car park provides secure parking. The apartment is served by a lift direct from the underground car park. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
The terrace has a barbecue and a glass topped rattan dining table which seats six. There is also a cushioned lounger that guests can use. The penthouse overlooks the swimming pool below. The penthouse has a large open terrace and the dining table seats six people.
Coast/Beach
The Mar Menor is about 20 minutes drive from Hacienda. . Other excellent beaches include Los Alcazares and Los Narejos. The beautiful beach of Mazarron is half an hours drive away. Costa Calida is known for its various beautiful beaches.
Golf
The apartment is located on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort which iwhich was specifically designed by Jack Nicklaus, the others being, Mar Menor, La Torre and El Valle. Currently the discounted green fees are 55 euros for 18 holes at La Torre, Hacienda and El Valle and 45 euros at Mar Menor. In addition, Polaris offer a variety of special offers (typically a round of golf, followed by a meal which can also represent good value for money). Special golf deals currently include a 2 for 1 offer between midday and 5pm or 30 euros per round after 5pm. These offers are available until the 15 September 2008. There is a free shuttle bus between resorts. The course is extremely challenging even for nost the experienced golfer.
Travel
Murcia (San Javier) airport is a 15 minute drive away. Alicante airport is 40 minutes drive away. Car hire is advisable. The road network is excellent and any of the Polaris resorts are within a 20 minute drive. There are many good beaches are within 20 minute drive.
Distances
Sucina is the nearest village and is about 5 minutes drive. Here you will find a small supermarket, cafes and bars. On to San Javier and it'll take you another 10 minutes, here you will find most of the shops you are likely to need as well as restaurants and bars. Murcia City with its shops, historic buildings and fine architecture is 20-25 minutes drive.
Further details
At the resort you will find a well stocked supermarket and there is a very friendly bar/restaurant which has live music on certain nights and quiz nights and karaoke.
The other Polaris resorts (which are all very easily accessible) offer excellent restaurants and bars. There are banks in Sucina and San Javier all offering cash machines.
The whole region offers great interest for lovers of history, architecture, religion, art and nature. Murcia City.. Murcia has many historical areas and churches as well as a large shopping area.
Booking notes
We require a £150 security deposit which will be refunded within 10 days of departure after an inventory check. We need a £75 deposit to secure your booking, and the balance is payable in full 8 weeks before your holiday. In addition to the apartment rate, please leave 75 euros in the apartment prior to departure for the cleaning/laundry charge.
