Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible.
Normally the apartment is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. However these times are flexible, depending upon following arrivals etc.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is 400m from the sandy beach of Vera Playa.
Golf
There are 4 golf courses within the area,the nearest being a short drive away.
Travel
The area is serviced by 3 airports, the nearest of which is Almeria which is approximately 40 minutes away (70km). Most of the low cost airlines fly to and from Almeria Airport. Murcia and Alicante airports also serve the area. Murcia is apprioximately an hour away. There are a number of car hire companies within the arrival foyer of the airports. Whilst car hire is not essential, it is recommended. However for those preferring not to drive, airport transfer can be arranged.
Distances
There are a plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Further afield, about 10-15 minutes in the car, there is the busier town of Mojacar, the fishing port of Garrucha, and the small harbour of Villaricos. There is a large supermarket and the water park within a 10 mins walk.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to secure the dates. The balance is due 1 calendar month from the start of the holiday. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is also required with the final payment. This is refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
