Finca La Marianas is a peaceful farmhouse place, located near The Alcornocales National Park in the village of El Colmenar, also known as Estacion de Gaucín. 10 minutes driving from the white village of Gaucín. It is ideally situated to explore the interior of the Serrania de Ronda and the white villages from the Guadiaro and Genal Valleys. The river Guadiaro is 2 minutes walk away and there are some excellent bars and restaurants in a within walking distance.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per night/person in euros.
We are flexible to rent the house only for one night, minimum 4 people. Children up to 10 years stay free.
Changeover day
We are flexible. Arrivals and departures from 12 pm.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 5 with twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | 2 bathrooms with full-length, wash basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | Full equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer. All crockery and kitchen and dining utensils are provided along with iron and ironing board. |
| Utility Room: | 2 dining tables with chairs, one table in the kitchen, an other one in the veranda. |
| Living Rooms: | Living area with a large fire place for heating during winter months. Two 2-seater comfy sofas with cushions, television and DVD player. CD/radio |
| Other: | At the back there is a typical Andalusian courtyard with a fountain in the way and a supplementary kitchen to cook nice late meals in summer time. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Cotton towels and bed linen is provided and the property is cleaned and linen changed weekly, or more often on demand. |

Anything required for children, such as high chairs or cot, can be supplied on request.

Nice veranda with lovely views to the countryside and a large pool with views to the mountains.

The beaches of the Costa del Sol are less than one hour drive away.

There are a number of golf courses less than an hour away.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 90 minute drive. Gibraltar airport is a 75 minute drive or a 1 hour train ride. Seville and Jerez airports are both a 2 hour drive.
Distances
The nearest village is Gaucin, a 15 minute drive, Cortes de la Frontera is a stunning 30 minute drive from the village through the cork forest. Ronda is by car or train in 45 minutes.
Further details
The village has bank, post office, pharmacy, hairdresser two mini markets and bakery. There is also a new spa treatment centre/eco restaurant in the village. The river is wonderful for swimming and the water is cool and clean. Local sports include mountain biking, horse riding, rock climbing, canyoning and there is an extensive network of hiking trails and bird watching

Booking deposit of 50% is required. Payment can be by bank transfer in euros.
Balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
