Changeover day
In the peak season only bookings of one week or more are accepted when changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time 4.0 pm. Departure time 11 am.
We can be flexible with days outside of peak season, short stays of 3 days or more are available.

Accessibility
The house is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The villa has a private pool for sole use of the clients with sunloungers and outside covered eating area with seating for six. There is a charcoal barbeque on the pool terrace.
Coast/Beach
The beach is within 10 to 15 minutes walk from the villa. Also there are several beautiful beaches along the Costa Brava within 20 to 30 minutes drive.
Golf
There is a large Pitch and Putt course in the village of Castello d' Empuries within 10 mins drive. There is also a Mini Golf for the family within 500mtrs approximately.
Skiing
Its possible to be in the ski areas within 30 mins drive.
Travel
The nearest airports are is Gerona and Perpignan in France which are approximately 30 mins drive.
Barcelona airport is within 1.30 mins drive.
There is a Railway station in Figueres 20mins drive.
Also in Figueres and Roses there are bus stations.
The nearest bus stop is 5 mins walk from the villa where it is possible to catch a bus into Figueres or Roses.
Distances
The medieval village of Castello d' Empuries, well worth a visit is within 5 mins drive. The lovely town of Roses with its pavement cafes and fishing fleet is within 10mins drive.
Figueres and the Dali Museum with its shopping is a 20 min drive. Gerona 30 mins drive. Barcelona takes an hour and a half by car so it's near enough for a day out shopping and sightseeing. The border with France is 20 mins drive another 10 minutes drive and you are in Perpignan.
Further details
The town of Empuriabrava has all the facilities you could imagine. Shopping, from designer boutiques to gift shops. Restaurants to suit all budgets. The nearest supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk.
The Sky Dive Centre in Empuriabrava is well worth a trip, it is possible to jump in tandem with there qualified instructors and take home a souvenir video of your jump. You can go Kite Surfing on the beach or take one of the many boats for hire out on the 25 kms of canals on which Empuriabrava town is built. There are several dive companies that operate out of the town. You can go Go Karting or Pocket Biking. In Roses there is also the Aqua Park for a fun day out.
Booking notes
We require a deposit of 50% on booking the remainder being payable six weeks before arrival. If the booking is less than six weeks before arrival the total amount is payable on confirmation of booking.
A security deposit of 500 pounds and a final cleaning charge of 100 pounds is payable with final payment. The security deposit will be returned to you after inspection of the villa.
