Fantastic newly renovated apartment just 3 minutes walk from the beach on a secure complex with stunning communal gardens which are maintained daily, 2 main pools and infant pools, the apartment boasts a large rooftop solarium with amazing views and also has parking. The complex also boasts a bar/taverna and mini supermarket during high season with other local bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance. Other local amenities include a hypermarket (5 minutes drive), medical centre (2 minutes drive) and cash point (walking distance). Vera de Playa is a small seaside town but has everything you possibly need from restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. It's also only a 5 minute drive to the typical Spanish town of Garrucha or a fantastic 20 minute walk along the beach promenade. It has a beach, port and newly developed marina along with excellent seafood restaurants and a small night market which sells leather goods, gifts and jewellery etc.

Coast/Beach
3 minute walk to nearest beach, promenade walk all the way to next village Garrucha which again has stunning beaches. Mojacar is a 10 minute drive, again stunning beaches.
Golf
Golf is available all around, the famous Desert Springs golf complex (the only desert golf course in Europe) is approximately 15 minutes drive away. Valle del Este, with its demanding course and panoramic views is approximately 15-20 minutes drive away also. There are further golf complexes to include Cortijo Grande on the far side of Turre, approximately 20 minutes drive away and Marina del Torre approximately 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
The local airport, Almeria is approximately 45 minutes by car/coach away from the apartment. Murcia Airport is approx 1.5 hours by car away from the airport. Alicante airport is approximately 2.25 hours away. Car hire is recommended in order to explore this beautiful part of Spain.
Distances
A 5 minute drive to the typical Spanish town of Garrucha or a fantastic 20 minute walk along the beach promenade. It has a beach, port and newly developed marina along with excellent seafood restaurants and a small night market which sells leather goods, gifts, jewellery, etc. Mojacar is the next town along which is a 10 minute drive away, if you prefer English tastes i.e. restaurants and pubs, Mojacar promenade shares English, plus other International cultures.
